Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. “After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“Don is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending him. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate our dog during busy times for us. Since our dog has been going for walks with Don I have noticed a marked improvement in her behaviour and focus. Don sends really nice and helpful videos of the dogs during their training so we can see what they're up to and follow up and reinforce the training at home. Don frequently takes the dog for longer than the 2 hours we booked for but never charges extra. It is clear that he really loves what he does and he is an expert in positive dog training methods. Dogs really love going with him and respond very well to his commands. I like the fact that he is very responsible and won't take more than 5 dogs out at a time, unlike some other dog walkers who take a huge pack of dogs they can't control! I feel that our dog is in safe and experienced hands and Don has been a real life line for us. Can't recommend highly enough :)”

“I cannot thank Nicola enough for everything she has done for myself and my hound Sherlock. Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. I would happily recommend Premium Pet Care to anyone, and in fact, wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you so much as you have made having a dog and job possible!”

“Our two little dogs have never stayed in kennels before and we were a bit worried about leaving them so we thought we would try them out at Two Gates. We have just picked them up this morning after their two day holiday and we needn’t have worried at all. They came back so happy and clean and we could see they had been well looked after. Graham and his wife did a great job and you can tell this isn’t just a business to them they really do care about the animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to any one. “I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. Harvey and Simba will definitely book again! A massive thank you to all !”

He’s a special boy like all our dogs are. He’s had a ruff first 10 months of his life so I was worried but I shouldn’t have been, so much so you’ll be seeing him again in April.”

“Came for a viewing beforehand and I honestly wasn’t too sure, mainly with the length of time they’re alone overnight without access to outside - it seems like this might be standard practice in kennels though. BUT, it seems like he had a good time. It was my first time boarding my 8.5 year old dog (he’s done daycare and stayed overnight with sitters, just not kennels before). He ate his food which was a surprise, but a good sign. I chose Haytor because of the ability for him to play with other dogs. My dog is nervous with new people, but he gains confidence around other dogs. The drop off felt quite like I was being rushed a bit, but this could just be because they’re aiming to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. It would be great to see photos of them whilst there, through Instagram stories for example (although it seems super busy so that might not be possible). I emailed to check on him in the afternoon and got a response the following morning, which was fine. An option to drop off at the daycare time, if your dog is social, would be great too instead of just 10-12 or 2-5! Especially on a Saturday overnight as you do end up paying for two days for around 24 hours as there are no afternoon pickups on a Sunday, so a single sat to sun overnight comes out quite expensive that way, though I understand different kennels have different booking setups. Overall, my dog came back happy, he ate and although very glad to see me, didn’t seem too bothered by his stay. Would recommend to anyone who feels their dog would benefit in a kennel environment from having other dogs around them! Will use Haytor kennels again for my dog. Thanks for taking care of my boy! :)”

“My husky stayed here for 7 days while i was away, the ladies at the kennel were amazing so caring and friendly and my dog immediately felt comfortable around them. My dog was well looked after and the groomer deshedded my dog before she came home which was very kind of them to do. Definitely recommend and will be using this kennel again. Thank you”

“The ladies in this Salon are absolutely amazing. Joanna, Karolina and Kat - you are absolute angels. We started bringing our sweet Cassie here after she had bad experiences with other groomers - she had become afraid of the whole grooming process. Doggies Furever are ALWAYS so patient with her and they never do anything that stresses her out. It's very hard for me to trust anybody with my dog but I trust all of these ladies without any hesitation. Cassie is hard work, she's strong and very stubborn but they always manage to do such an amazing job on her. We went in yesterday and we were emotional because we had received some bad news about our Cassie - not only were they so comforting and supportive, they offered so much advice. “Fantastic, professional and caring staff. My dog willow has been there three years in a row now and even though she’s a shy dog she loves the team. With recent app and website updates etc. I get photo updates and massages from the team. She comes home happy every time, well looked after. CHECK THE PHOTO FOE THE CUTEST SMILE! For the pricing they are good and worth every penny. Walked multiple times a day and fed well. If your dog has anything special needed or own food they look after that and follow feeding etc.”

They are excellent, it’s so reassuring that your furbabies are being cared for in such a loving way why you are holiday. I travel 50 miles to take my boy there as I have since moved house. “We have been sending our Milo since he was 3 months old. Milo is a nervous and shy puppy. But the moment he sees Gina, he lights up, is excited and playful. Gina has treated him like her own pup and is very caring and passionate. She takes him walking everywhere including the beach. Totally recommend Wild Walkies!!”

“I don’t think I can put into words just how fantastic Dogsaloud is and how much it means to my husband and I to have Nilly and Ron looking after our dog. We came across Dogsaloud by chance after moving to the area and it turned out to be the perfect place for Hazel. She’s been going to Nilly’s for about 3 years now and she absolutely loves it there, she pulls towards Nilly’s door when we walk past and when we drop her off she runs straight upstairs and makes herself comfy on the sofa, not one look back. It’s much more than a boarding place, it has become a second home for Hazel. We love it that she spends her time in a house in the company of people and other dogs and not isolated in a kennel; she goes for nice, long walks, and in fact we found out about a lot of great walking places from Nilly; she’s well looked after and she’s even allowed to sleep in bed UNDER THE COVERS, just like she does at home. Nilly’s been absolutely brilliant from the beginning, very accommodating and very flexible, which is great for two disorganized people like us. She’s helped us out in many, many ways, even taking Hazel to the vet for us when she got injured just before we started work. We really couldn’t ask for anything more, Dogsaloud is excellent!!!”

“I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”

“I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime”

“I recently purchased a puppy from Acton Pets and could not fault the service, the animals looked happy and healthy and the staff were friendly and offered invaluable advice in regard’s to my puppy. They gave me free puppy food and all vaccinations were up to date. I've contacted the owner a few times for advice about my puppy and she is always more than happy to speak to me.
