However, we didn’t have a reservation and maybe that is why we had to go to the tables downstairs, which were a bit claustrophobic as the space is small and a bit smelly at the side where we were at which made the experience deteriorate a bit. But will definitely go back, next time will book it.”

“A really lovely place. Ambience is good, and the menu is varied and caters for meat eaters, vegetarian and vegans alike. Particlar favourite are the Char Sui dumplings, they are divine ! On both occasions we've been, the service is really good and the folk have been relaxed and friendly. Would happily recommend the place.”

“I had such a fantastic experience at Nimtoh! The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic flavors and cooked perfectly. The dumplings were fresh and juicy, and the korean fried chickens were some of the best I’ve ever had. Kimchi was second to none. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can tell the team really cares about both the food and their customers. Nimtoh is a real gem – highly recommended!”

“We were stranded in the area with our luggage after arriving in the UK a few hours before and it was no issue going in with all our stuff. The staff was incredibly nice and the food and drinks were very delicious. They also have an option to order smaller portions of the same dishes with -25% off the original price which was great for our friend with smaller appetite. Will go there again!”

“Amazing food and very friendly staff. I came with my co-workers and a friend and we were all very impressed with the food. Beef and chicken dishes were very tasty and filling. Coffee and desserts were very good as well! Very nice atmosphere and decor inside and silent music from the speakers. One thing that owners could improve is the outside beer garden and perhaps signage could be refreshed. From the outside it doesn’t look as a restaurant ;) But overall definitely, I’ll come back again.”

“Have been looking for a good chinese restaurant nearby areas. They do not exist anymore Came here just on a whim. Used to come here when it was Lido never enjoyed it. However This restaurant hit all the spots. The food was exactly what I was craving for. The service was so nice. The 2 ladies in front of house were so welcoming and friendly. I managed to get one ladies name (vicky) she was fantastic. Go here will not disappoint. Will be back soon :))”

“It was so good we’re definitely going back again. We had the copa ham & mackerel pate to start which were both really delicate. Followed by the cabbage which, I don’t normally get excited by cabbage but this was great! Super flavours and dressing. We also had the fish noodles which were like pasta but again really delicate. I had the char siu pork which was incredible value for money and we had to have the prawn toast. This is more like a donut texture with prawns inside covered in a mountain of Parmesan - amazing! Booking a table is recommended”

“This place is delicious. The Fragrant Chili Chicken was one of the best Chinese dishes I’ve eaten. Other standouts were the salt and pepper squid as part of the sampler platter and the Aromatic Duck. Service was outstanding, cannot recommend this place enough. Wouldn’t order the Crispy Beef again but it was interesting. Unless you open the place at 5:30 for dinner, you should make a reservation.”

“Delicious Japanese tapas, look small but you finish completely satisfied. Flavours are amazing, we add the courgette flower and it was really tasty and creamy. The dessert was to die for, we also try the pear one (on the house what it was really nice detail) and we still prefer the pannacotta. I highly recommend the place and go for the tasting menu. Great value for the quality and presentation of the food”

She is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to recommend great options. Her hospitality, along with the delicious warm miso soup, is exactly what I need after a long cold day. Highly recommended!”

The only issue was that they did not have some of the drinks listed on the menu, but that still doesn't affect my review. The lamb dumplings were the best I've ever tried. I'd recommend booking in advance as it gets quite busy for dinner time.”

“Highly recommend the beef and fungus stir fry noodle which was full of flavours. We ordered the lamb with naan dish as well. The lamb was tender. The naan got quite soggy if you don’t eat fast enough and the dish was very filling. We prefer the sauce in the noodle dish and found the lamb dish a bit on the blend side. Overall, it’s a good place to go for Uyghur cuisine.”
