“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! Sanda is cool variant of kickboxing, which includes throws and a some grappling as well as all the kicks, punches and footwork you could ask for. It's an excellent workout.”

“I started doing Taekwondo around 2012—2013 when Daniel was teaching Taekwondo classes at London South Bank University. Daniel is a really well rounded and very accomplished martial artist and person, training with him has helped me to achieve a better version of myself. At the club you can learn different things from Taekwondo, self-defence or join the circuit sessions. Shakira is the club manager/CEO, she knows how to make everything work at the club and she really understands people. When you visit the club you will see and feel that you could not be in more capable hands!”

“I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve already been surprised by how much I’ve achieved in just four weeks. “I would 100% recommend Noah's Ark Day Nursery. My son started the nursery at 9 months and recently left for primary school, but he loved attending full-time. The staff are amazing and treat the kids really well there. There was a real family feel and I never felt concerned when leaving my child; I knew he was in good hands and we'll taken care of. The nursery is small and the kids get the attention they need to thrive.”

“Always so far been a good service and spot on with everything from start to finish. Generally sale goods that are well price matched with others to be one of the better places to get realistic value for money. Never found anything priced bumped for making money from unsuspecting customers. Lastly there is fairly easy navigation with the website. I do however personally slightly struggle with finding the subscription part of it easily when needing to amend delivery times but likely that's more a me issue with technology in general rather than a negative for viovets website. For clarification I have been using viovet now for at least 3 or 4 years regularly”

“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”
