“I have been practicing yoga for over 50 years and this is by far the best Yoga centre I have found . I am so lucky to have it so close in South London. All the teachers are very respectful of the Iyengar principles and are great examples themselves of practicing yoga, in terms of flexibility and strength. The studio itself is quite a large space and very well equipped with props and wall supports including remiveable ropes etc.”

“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! And its all because of the sessions with Jimmy, so thank you so much for being the best and always believing that I can do it! I always feel like a total champion after our sessions!”

“My 3 year old son looks forward to his Playball class each week. The structured lessons have helped to develop his listening and turn taking skills. I have seen huge improvements in his throwing, catching, jumping and running skills. Coach Grant is wonderful! He is so patient with the children. “Really recommend Becky and her team for starting or continuing pole dance. I’ve been to a few pole schools in London and the South East, and haven’t had the same welcoming and community feeling as I have with Becky and team. I joined in Jan 2020 just before the pandemic, so only had a short time before moving online (then back in studio again) but Becky handled the transition so well and made everything as easy as possible. All 4 instructors are so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, coming to BB Pole Studio is my favourite part of my week”

“I've been having regular lessons from Lindsay for three months now, and the swimming lessons are really excellent. Lindsay has a wealth of technical knowledge and swimming experience that really shows. She also is a great coach, technique is taught clearly and she adapts what to focus on in each lesson based on my individual ability and current progress - this helps make the learning process more effective and learning technique more digestible. Lindsay has a patient and energetic coaching style, and I'm seeing great progress against my own swim goals - thank you! I'm fairly new to the triathlon world, and prior to starting with Turner Swim, I've previously really struggled with swimming, and nearly gave up triathlons as a result. However, I decided to get lessons with Turner Swim - I'm so pleased I did! I'm more confident, and my swimming progress has been greater than I personally expected so I'm really pleased!”

“I joined the London Wing Chun Academy last year as a complete novice and I'm so happy I did. All the instructors are highly skilled, really friendly and always willing to help. Training there has made a huge improvement to my fitness and confidence levels, as well as having made many friends for life. Our Sifu, Dr Mark Phillips is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced instructor and an inspirational man. I feel privileged to be one of his students. Each day useful feedback is given and periodically more thorough feedback in the form of a learning journal and parents evenings. I'm always astonished by the range and depth of topics covered.
