โMe and my fiancรฉ took lessons with Paul here prior to our wedding. Paul was a great teacher and helped us come up with a routine and perfect this over a couple of lessons. Everyone has said they loved our first danceโ
โI joined Jig and a swig in January and itโs the best thing Iโve done since moving to London. Jessie creates such a fun, open and welcoming environment from the first minute. She is a brilliant teacher and does this all while keeping the classes organised and running smoothly, seemingly effortlessly! The community is fantastic, full of like-minded people who also want to try something new and make friends along the way, made easier by the fact that you see them every week. There are extra events being run all of the time and so many opportunities to get involved if the weekly class isnโt enough:)โ
โRichard and his whole set up there is excellent. Great quality camera, perfect South East London location and he has an excellent eye for what casting directors and directors are looking for. It really helps to do a self tape with an experienced actor and director and Richard is both. He made the whole experience easy, fun and professional. But the proof is always in the pudding and since submitting my tape for a BBC series, Iโve been pencilled for the job. Having a good tape made all the difference and with STAC you are able to deliver thatโ
โPopGems is an incredible place where children can truly explore their creativity and talents. The staff are not only dedicated but also passionate about creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere where kids can dance, act, and sing in a fun and supportive environment. It's clear that a lot of hard work goes into making every class enjoyable, and itโs evident how much the kids love being there. I highly recommend PopGems to any parent looking for a place where their child can grow, have fun, and discover their creative potential. Itโs been a wonderful experience!โ
โWe are so pleased with our daughterโs growth and confidence in her ballet classes! She is constantly talking about ballet and says โmy ballet schoolโ anytime we walk past. Sheโs almost 2.5 years old and I know her classes will support her confidence in everything she does. Ms Amy is an amazing teacher and so supportive. Thank you!โ
โExcellent bjj instructor, learnt a lot of moves.โ
โEvery haircut and blow dry has been amazing - always styled exactly as requested and to perfection. Cansu and the rest of the Wavi team are extremely talented, professional and create a welcoming environment every single time. Best hair salon by far! Always look forward to returning. Highly recommend! Thank you Wavi xโ
โRhythm & Vibes Dance Co is a WHOLE VIBE @Salsa Temple! By providing multiple different levels for their classes they make it easy to find the right entry point for you and will coach you through the levels as you progress. They also host socials almost every night they run which is really unique to them and allows you to practice and compound what you learn in the lessons which is super valuable. The teachers themselves are both excellent dancers and instructors. The vibes overall is always good humoured, energetic and fun.โ
โThe retreat this year on Jnana Yoga was excellent. I have been attending their lectures and events over the last few years and these have helped shape my thinking and bring clarity. The retreat was well structured, location is beautiful and people are very friendly. Highly recommended!โ
โOne of the best Art schools in London! The team is Amazing and very helpful. Very happy with the teachers as well, as they are very talented, patient and well educated. Highly recommended.โ
โAmazing Drama School and they definitely exceed my expectations after completing my degree! Firstly, the syllabus was well structured, gave exposure to wide range of Acting subjects/techniques and had depth. Second, the teachers and staff was the best part of LSDA, they were very experienced, hands on, professional and cared about your education growth, they definitely challenge you. Third, the style of teaching at LSDA was exercise base rather than just theory. Fourth, you will be part of a class of other inspiring actors during your degree who share the same passion, they will be a big part of your learning curve and you will build a special bond with them like non other. One of the best experiences I have ever had.โ
โGreat place for kids and serious nature lovers. Our 5 and 7 year olds had a great time and sustained interest from 10.30-3.30 with huge range of activities. Video game incorporating kids sketches a particular favourite. Catering good but slowโ
โThank you for all QSE staff and especially Uncle who supported incredibly in my sonโs toughest journey through his 11 plus exams. Truly without you this would have not been possible. โMy wife and I dined here in August 2025 and were served by the very witty and extremely professional Gawl. The food was very tasty, the experience is truly unique and like nothing we have done before. When you read its pitch black, it really is. Like you can hold your own hand an inch in front of your face and you still will not see it. This did not put us off in any way, but please do bear it in mind before booking. If it's not for you, that's ok, just know what you are signing up to. Before you enter the room they do take for safekeeping anything that can be reflective (like a wristwatch), but not things like diamond earrings and/or rings (so image how dark it really is if they are not worried about the diamond absorbing and reflecting the light back)! Also, if you need to, you can leave the dark dining space and visit the restroom during the dining experience, but we didn't as that would have "broke up" the atmosphere of truly dining in the dark. All in all, I highly recommend this to anyone who does not have issues with "the dark". I would not repeat the experience as it really is the element of surprise which made it so fascinating for us (like how will you "see" what you are eating - spoiler alert - you dont, and sometimes have to resort to helping yourself with your hands to ensure food is on the cutlery, which sounds counterintuitive, I know!), but I am very happy we did it once. Also, we were told that the menu changes every six months or so, so you can visit twice a year to surprise your taste palette, if you would like. In summary, I would definitely recommend at least one visit in your life and hopefully you get Gawl who made the whole two plus hours fly by! P.S. 1 I have not taken any photos so not to spoil your experiences. P.S.2. Kudos to the restaurant owners for employing blind and visually impiared people. On a very serious note, this restaurant experiences is really exceptionally informative of what it is like for blind and visually impaired people. Of course, the fact that the customer gets to return to their everyday life, whilst those who are blind or visually impaired do not leave this "darkness" is not lost on anyone who gives it a bit of a thought. Really makes you appreciate the "givens" in life!โ
โI found Women in Motion early in my pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active safely, with someone who could guide me on what was and wasnโt suitable. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. Iโd recommend this to any woman, pregnant, mum or not, who enjoys being outdoors and wants to have a good time while moving her body. Thank you WIM!!โ
โOutstanding value. These small group classes really gave me (and everyone) the space to grow and develop as an actor over the course of the 12 weeks. We covered many different areas from stage combat through to commercials via Shakespeare and other techniques, and walked away with showreel material. I jumped at the chance to go deeper with the 5-week advanced program and haven't looked back. Thanks to Jon and all the tutors for their dedication to the craft and for helping me on my acting journey.โ
โWelcoming, friendly and fun! There were a few absolute beginners like me in the class and within the hour we were able to move around the dancefloor and enjoy the music. Great atmosphere at the social dancing after the class. You can bring up your drinks and the bar staff will bring food orders upstairs too. Highly recommend!โ
โWe had a wonderful experience with Dora when she taught us our first dance. She was extremely communicative, friendly, and made the two lessons a lot of fun! If you would like a choreographed first dance, I couldnโt recommend Dora more.โ
โBest forro dance class ever. The teachers are really good at teaching you and hiding you step by step. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. Iโve started back in July last year and canโt stop attending. I look forward to each class. Give it a try. Youโll definitely want to come back again.โ
โMy daughter has attended the Greek club run by Katerina since January and it has made a huge difference in her confidence in speaking Greek. She loves the sessions and is really looking forward to them each week. She had previously attended a puppetry after school club that Katerina run at her school and she loved this as well. Katerina is brilliant with children, and all her sessions are interactive and fun.โ
โI booked a private lesson with Maria through the Salsa Tropical website and was really impressed with Maria's expert knowledge and teaching style. Her style of teaching is fun and engaging and she is very focused on technique and style. As a result I have been having private lessons every week for the past 4 Months. Overall I would most certainly recommend Salsa tropical if you are looking to start or improve your salsa dancing.โ
โI did four courses last year and finished Meisner in Jan. I've had such a great time. Alex is very good at creating a welcoming and safe environment for us to explore the key elements of acting. Classes were relaxed but structured with lots of thoughtful activities and supportive feedback. I also enjoyed the process of rehearsing for a play and then performing it in front of an audience. Russell taught me about the roles of director and actor. All the courses were a great way to learn, use our imagination and think creatively - all while helping to build confidence, curiosity, and connection. Lots of mental health benefits too. I can not recommend enough!โ
โDrama in the Woods is a fantastic way for children to spend a week outdoors blowing away the cobwebs, making friends and being creative. The instructors are the perfect mix of professional, caring and fun. My kids love it.โ
โCuban Salsa classes in London! It's really fun and you can meet so many nice people. The classes are really good and the cause is even better - all profits go to WaterAid charity! Come along!โ

โUtterly delightful! Just got home after having taken my three nieces to see tales from the Brothers Grimm, and it was wonderful! The girls loved it, the youngest absolutely absorbed into the storytelling and delighted with the magic I've enjoyed coming to watch the players for years but feel they've outdone themselves with this production. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.โ
โEnjoyed a brilliant course here, learning way more than I expected and actually making some nice jewellery! Our tutor, Tai, was excellent, guiding us through a range of techniques but also helping us make individual items of our own choice. (I made two sets of silver earrings as well as rings. These are silver-smithing classes rather than gem-setting or bead work.) The very small classes and well-equipped workshop mean you get a lot of personal attention and are not waiting around to use tools. I thoroughly recommend it.โ
โThe most friendly and lovely dance class in London:) I have been with Street Dance London for over a year and it has always been an absolute pleasure to attend all the classes, all the teachers are really nice and encouraging and everybody is really supportive. There are lots of classes and locations to choose from so highly recommended for anyone who loves to dance!! It doesnโt matter if you are a complete beginner or experienced dancer, you will find a class which is great for you to enjoy:)!!โ
โSuperb teachers and great atmosphere. Also, the Loco parties are outstanding. Keep it up!!โ
