“Parking is shambley but not their fault. Feel signage about place of shop and parking could be clearer but only an issue on first visit. Won’t make the mistake of accident driving down again! “Great experience. My 18x50 binos came with a loose focuser wheel from the factory. I debated for some time about sending them back in, but decided it best incase of further wear/damage. Very reasonable turnaround time and really good repair, cant have been easy peeling back the waterproofing and reapplying it so well again. No quibbles over warranty repair either. Next day return postage (even though I only specified standard). Lenses were super flawless of dust. Thanks again”

“Reggi did a very thorough job on our driveway, which had been left for a while and was overgrown with weeds. The driveway looked amazing after and he even shared tips on how to maintain it with sand and sealant which we couldn't afford to do after the cleaning. He is a very hard worker and you wont be disappointed with the result.”

After they diagnosed the problem it was a capacitor that had failed which they then replaced, they happily dealt with the warranty company to ensure the works were covered. They also advised the brake pads did not require replacing, demonstrates how honest they are. All this was done within a day and my wife collected the car. She commented she received the same warm welcome I got and even commented how comfortable she felt dealing the the guys down there. They know how to put you at ease. The service they provided was better than the Mercedes dealership we normally use and they are good as you would expect for the prices you pay!!!. Unit Exchange are fantastic, the labour charge very fair and extremely good for the highly experience guys there.
