“Absolutely fantastic service from Ben. 100 percent would recommend. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and reasonably priced mechanic in the area look no further. I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. Throughout all my interactions with him he was pleasant and polite and acknowledged all my needs and concerns. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest, Fast, and Great Value! Called Bancroft Garage about my clutch slave cylinder and was told to bring the car down. I had the parts ready since I use my car every day. The mechanic checked it out and said it was a quick fix – got it done in about 1 hour 45 mins even though the garage was really busy. I was getting quoted £160–£220 elsewhere, but Bancroft only charged £110, which was amazing for the quality of work. He also went out of his way to bleed the clutch, clean everything up, and make sure the battery casing and wires were all secured properly. The staff were funny, helpful, and honest – no messing around or trying to overcharge. Proper trustworthy garage, would 100% go back again!”

“I first met the Autofficina team at a garage open day about 15 years ago. Despite my old Beetle being far from their usual supercar customers they welcomed me with open arms and have helped me out several times over the years when VW garages have let me down. So when I decided to buy my first Ferrari there was only one place I wanted to buy it from! I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was quite a niche spec I was after. I wanted a 360 spider, it had to be manual, it had to be blue and of course it had to be a well cared for car. They found me the absolute perfect car that ticks all those boxes and more! It also had a few more details specced when it was new, like Ferrari wing shields, raised silver centre caps on the wheels, coordinated seat stitching and it's also a 2005 car. This makes it one of the last 360's built and also means it's ULEZ exempt. Best of all they sold the car to the last owner 12 years ago and have looked after it for him, so they know the car's history having just serviced and replaced belts just 2 months ago. I couldn't be happier; buying the car from people I trust has taken all the fear out of buying a used supercar!”

After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car!
