Halfords in Brixton left me high and dry for a simple bulb replacement on my Mini, including diagnosing the wrong problem and sending me to Europarts for the wrong bulb. When I went back to Halfords the next day to get it fitted, despite charging me and booking me in, they said they didn't have time and told me to come back for a third day! Fortunately someone recommended MG Motor Style, who not only dropped everything to help me straight away - despite being incredibly busy - but diagnosed the right problem, and had the right bulb on site. Thank you to Marcio for fitting me in, and to Vlad for doing the work with a smile. No surprise that when I was leaving, someone pulled in saying, "I've come from Halfords..." !!! Next time I'll be going straight to MG.”

Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend).
