“I have been with the dental clinic radlett for over 25 years. Vjasa Munadri is my hygienist and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I am a very nervous patient and she puts me at ease with her gentle and caring manner. I had some very invasive treatment a few years ago which she walked me through and my gums and teeth have really benefited from that treatment. Her on going care is now sufficient and my mouth has never been better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.”

“Just wanted to give a big shout out for Khalil (my dentist at Brookwood Dental Services). I have been going to the practice for a number of years now and have always had exemplary service from Khalil and his team. I am always very worked up prior to attending my appointment but Khalil always goes out of his way to help me calm down and explains the process, ensuring I receive adequate pain relief. At my last visit in May, he suggested a new form of pain relief that is administered to one tooth only, rather than all the teeth in the surrounding area. I have to say, I was slightly concerned that it may not work but it did and wow, what a difference!! There were a few peculiar noises but no pain on administration. I could speak normally and no dribbling, such a wonderful experience. Whilst the process was ongoing I felt the most relaxed I had ever been whilst sat in “that chair”. Once the treatment was complete, I left the practice raving about the single tooth anaesthesia and proceeded to tell all my friends and family about the best dental appointment I’d ever had. The practice has ensured we each received excellent care, intervening if needed when unnecessary, expensive treatment was suggested by elsewhere. We happily travel for 2 hours for our 6 monthly check ups because we know we are in safe hands.”

“Dene Dental Practise Northwood Vik Shah has been my dentist for many years. Throughout that time he has always made each visit as comfortable as possible. At routine checkups he will carry out a thorough examination using modern equipment and advise you how to improve your brushing and flossing technique. Also, importantly, how to look after your gums. If major works needs doing he will explain why the problem has arisen and options that are available. He will explain in plain language what these are, how long it will take and the cost. He leaves the choice to you but will advise if asked. There is never any pressure for a quick decision. At all times he will keep any discomfort to a minimum and will use modern injections if required. His dental assistant will make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Finally, when it comes to booking appointments the receptionist is very helpful especially for emergencies. If you require a highly skilled dentist who uses state of the art technology, the finest materials, and has a good team around him I recommend Vik Shah.”

“Dr Ali saw me as an emergency patient on the first day his surgery opened after lockdown ended in June 2020 for which I was very grateful. I had been self-treating a cavity for 8 weeks. Dr Ali was kind, professional and able to allay my concerns having been without treatment for so long. The problem was carefully explained, including using x-ray visuals to illustrate, treatment options were offered and the issue was quickly remedied. I have since returned to Dr Ali for further consultations and am confident in the care and expertise he gives.”

I have been seeing Ciba (hygienist) and Smita (dentist and part owner) since they took over from Mr Robert-Harry’s surgery whom I’d been with for almost 40 years. “I first met Dr Amir 17 years ago when my youngest son needed extensive orthodontic treatment. It was a chance recommendation and after our first consultation I knew that I could not allow any other dentist to treat my son. He was on course to have four teeth extracted and Dr Amir was adamant that this was both unnecessary and dangerous for his future health. The teeth were never removed and as predicted, there was never any need to do so, contrary to the advice of other practitioners. There followed treatments for my other two sons, one of whom had already had the traditional train tracks, resulting in him being unable to close his jaw comfortably. The other had his teeth realigned and his palate gently altered resulting in the clearing of a long term blocked nose. Having had my wisdom teeth extracted years ago, I too had the treatment which together with the Atlasbalance has resulted in no neck pain and the miraculous disappearance of chronic lower back pain. The results of this latter treatment were immediate. Dr Amir is a rare practitioner. He has an holistic approach to his patients and this combined with a desire to fix people’s health issues through his theories around cranial symmetry, make him unique. He is forever looking for new approaches and new ideas to help his patients. He is also an excellent dentist.”
