“When I first came to see Dr Vaswani many years ago, I was a very nervous patient and always needed sedation for even minor treatment, after having had some bad experiences with dentists in childhood. Dr Vaswani was so professional, calm and friendly that I immediately felt I could trust him. I have even had root canal treatment here without sedation and am now not even nervous at all any more about any treatment. I never thought this was possible! A close acquaintance of mine had been a patient of Dr. Nico’s long before I was and shared their experience with me, telling me how exceptionally good he is – far better than any other dentist they had seen. Hearing this is what finally convinced me to book an appointment with him and place my trust in his care. I honestly do not regret that decision I made. Because of his gentle approach, his patience, and his reassuring manner, I now feel the complete opposite of how I used to feel. I feel calm, safe and genuinely at ease in the chair – something I honestly never believed would be possible. For that, I am truly grateful. “After traveling to London from Australia, arriving in the morning I experienced serious and constant wisdom tooth pain starting late in the day after I arrived. Bond dental was able to fit me in urgently and helpfully were able to complete an emergency extraction then and there. Dr. Yan was wonderful throughout the procedure making sure the anesthesia had fully worked, was very communicative, gentle and caring and the procedure was completed without any issues or discomfort. I'm so grateful to the team at Bond dental for being able to take care of this serious issue urgently. If you are nervous about going to the dentist or need an extraction I couldn't recommend Dr Yan enough. A day later I'm almost totally pain free which is amazing!”
