βExtremely happy I discovered this program for cfs and that I started it. There was really nothing like it available in the German speaking room and it also helped me in a lot of areas not even the doctors here could help me with. It really allowed me to stay positive during an enormously challenging period of my fatigue, when everything got a lot worse and I could nearly not do anything anymore. It also helped me a lot in understanding the cause of my fatigue and what I had to do to get better. And it got me much of deeper psychological insights into myself for which I am really grateful and that will help me avoid putting myself under too much stress in the future. I m a lot better at just letting thoughts and things go. Thanks to all the people working there who have supported me on my journey, it was really helpfulβ

βBeen here twice with my boyfriend, and looking forward to coming back soon. The facilities are great, the rooms are nice and big and the food at the Ellis restaurant is always outstanding. Since going there again, the supplement charge has risen though, but the quality of the food is fantastic. The spa treatments are also great and very relaxing. Recommend for a getaway!β
