We had an emergency that required a banister and supporting posts on our staircase as this was needed so we could have a stairlift fitted as my elderly mother was injured and couldn't get downstairs. “Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. “Our standard dachshund, Sniper, recently stayed with Sam and her daughter, Daisy, for five nights whilst we were away. He received excellent care and did not appear to miss us. Sam sent us regular messages and photo/ video updates about Sniper, who was very happy - slept well, ate well and thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other dachshunds and of Sam and Daisy. I particularly liked the fact that the dogs were walked in the fields each day, also the play activities and stimulation which Sam incorporated into their days. We collected a very contented dachshund.”

“Serena is absolutely amazing! My friend recommended her to me following their own experience, and I can’t describe how pleased I am. My pup always comes out looking amazing, and I think he must love it there too as he always pulls to get back there now. Serena is also super helpful between sessions too, I’ve got a Spaniel that loves water and mud, so he gets a lot of knots etc but Serena has always helped me with tutorials etc over the phone when needed. I would highly recommend to anyone that has a puppy needing a first time groom, as he was obviously a big fan, but his subsequent ones have also been outstanding. Brilliant service”

“Ryan and his co-worker arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day installing a new boiler after flushing the whole system through thoroughly and replacing ceased parts, which I was shown, in the process I would definitely recommend him and his Company as I found him to be very reliable, efficient and also self sufficient with respect he nor the gentleman working with him didn't ask for food or drinks as they had arrived fully catered The boiler which was fitted is excellent and our heating and hot water works like a dream This is a Family Business and Ryan was taught by his Father many things, his Father we have always used for our central heating needs for at least 30 years without any problems, and totally trust what he says, he has never let us down in all that time and I just know Ryan his Son will be the same, conscientious, very reliable working to a very high standard Many Thanks Indeed!”
