“After trying to contact many other pharmacies I was finally able to find Concepto which had exactly what I needed, a PCR test so I could fly back to the US. The staff was very friendly and I got my results back in around an hour. It was a little more expensive than some others advertise, but those places either don't have the right test or have no appointments available.”

Fatima and her team in the restaurant were wonderful, helping us navigate much needed breakfast while we were there. Good food and lodgings. Good local transport to Heathrow and London. “Stayed here one night for a layover and it was perfect. Right next to airport but you hear absolutely no airport noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options even vegetarian breakfast ‘meat.’ Bed was very comfortable and they even supplied robes and slippers. Had a relaxing stay amid two hectic travel days. **not necessarily affiliated with hotel but worth mentioning. I took the hotel hoppa bus, which you have to pay for (£6.80/$8.98 one way) and it was not on schedule departing LHR. It was over 30 mins late. It was however on time picking me up from the hotel to LHR. Important to note if you’re on a strict schedule.”

“Just arrived in West Drayton, staying in London for a few days...first meal experience at The Six Bells ...in a word...fabulous! Service fabulous. Very attentive staff. Food beyond delicious, we chose The Naked Chicken Kebab and the Lamb kebab, both so fresh, flavours fabulous. presentation of food excellent, presented on wooden boards with seasoned chips, salad, marinades. dressings were yummy. We will be back. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful eateries...you're on for a culinary feast for the senses.”

“A&H World Foods in West Drayton has quickly become one of my favourite spots for picking up unique and authentic ingredients. If you love cooking and experimenting with different cuisines, this place is a little treasure trove. The store is packed with a fantastic range of products from all over the world — spices, sauces, snacks, and fresh produce you don’t usually find in regular supermarkets. I love browsing through the aisles and discovering new things to try. Plus, the prices are really reasonable given the quality and variety on offer. What I appreciate most is the friendly, welcoming vibe of the staff. They’re always ready to offer advice or help if you’re looking for something specific, which makes shopping here a breeze even if you’re not familiar with some of the products. “Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”

“Probably my favourite pizza place around me! I love that the food is all Halal and the service is super amazing! They are really kind, efficient and helpful. Oh yeah and the gogo dash app is actually kinda fun! My only nitpick is like parking is a bit difficult but I guess you can park in the GP nearby and it’s not that expensive to park. The pizza prices are really reasonable! It’s great here and I fully recommend!”

“Before moving in to West Drayton, we checked out what is available in Emporium to ensure it meets our day to day grocery needs. We were satisfied and made our decision to move in. Emporium has a variety of our regular grocery needs, from vegetables to meat to fruits. It's in walking distance from our house. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Especially Monika, Simran, Hayat all are very friendly and are doing a great job. It is true that the place can get congested often because it's so popular, however that doesn't stop us from buying from them almost every other day. Keep it up guys.”
