They had a delivery and called us to come back in and had it done within 2 hours of the original appointment. Binal was fabulous with my mum who gets nervous with injections and put her completely at ease and made it much less of an ordeal for her. Thank you!”

“We have recently dealt with Tom Collins, in the Watford branch, as we are in the process of replacing our 20 year old Wickes kitchen. There was nothing wrong with the kitchen but we are renovating and changing the layout. Tom was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and patient. “Honestly the BEST place !!! We have been turned down from Parents Paradise, too much pre-booking and all that stuff . So we quickly searched for another softplay , and found this one 6 minutes away from the other place , first the route to getting here is kinda sketchy but trust the GPS , next thing I know when I go to ask if you need a booking they say no not at all witch I was sooo so happy about !! My kids were crying because they coudn't get trough at Parents Paradise , but fear no more this place has it all when you order food you get waaayyy bigger portions than at PP, there I got 3 chicken nuggets and soo little fries here I got a big big plate of 6 chicken nuggets and loads of chips ,for the same price and there you pay for entry and only stay 2hours and here you can stay as much as you want !! And bonus such lovely Staff definitely my go to place now ! Please never change !!!”

“The food was delicious, portions huge raporting to the prices, staff are friendly, but professional, the place is clean and adhering to the infection control regulations. I was nicely surpriced of the place as prior to my visit i used the delievry service only. Service that impressed me for the speed that the food has been delivered with, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the driver. I am highly recommended this service for both, dinning in and take away.”

“I met Gail a few weeks ago to help with some issues I am going through with a divorce and dealing with my children. She was fantastic. From the first meeting I understood so much more and was able to really understand things clearly. She listens and with her vast experience puts things into context. What I also liked was that she was not pushy into booking follow ups. We talked and she assessed my needs and gave an honest evaluation of what was needed and in my case if was not every week. “Yes, it is more pricey than a big brand supermarket but the place is well run with serious recent investment in fresh produce fridges. Good choice of most things, breads especially. Staff are attentive and you never get ignored. Freshness is excellent as they do get lots of customers.”
