The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. “Went into the shop on Saturday 18/01 and got the best service! The member of staff Jessie was unsure of what I wanted and got Daniel the Branch Manager to Help. Meanwhile the rest of the staff were joking and laughing with me other customers and amongst themselves! You can tell there is a great relationship between them. I have never left a Google review before but I couldn't let this service go without the praise it deserves! All staff are so welcoming and friendly and have always gone above and beyond to help me out, even though they were never my original go-to pharmacy: such as ordering in emergency medication when I was in dire need, adding reminders/texts when my items are available and even becoming familiar with my meds and asking if I knew how to use each variety of medication and explaining it to me (sounds simple I know, but many other pharmacists do not do this and just give you the bag). Couldn’t thank you guys enough for all that you do!”

“Only one night before Twickenham rugby. It is only 35 minutes from the ground. Parking an issue but we parked free on station carpark after 6 and before 8 It is 5 minute walk. Wetherspoons 5 minute walk up road for food and pint. Room was hot, shower was hot. Decaf ☕ free in room tasty enough. Lots of towels. Quiet night.”

The environment was lovely, ample parking, beautiful clinic and Rebecca put me at ease and made the experience really positive!
