“Really authentic flavours, friendly staff. They are busy at times but the takeaway I just had was delicious. We had the pano jackfruit, Massaman Lamb, chilli chips, coconut rice and vegetarian pad Thai. The pad Thai was fresh and curry was well flavoured. The prawn crackers were crispy and fresh.”

“We enjoyed a lovely meal here last night. Service was excellent and very friendly which was highly appreciated. The food was great and we loved the fact that some of the curry’s are a little different to ones you’d usually find on typical Indian restaurant menus. However, all of your usual favourites are available if that’s your preference. Also, the coconut chutney that accompanied the poppadoms (along with all the other usual chutneys) was amazing. Parking is available on the road or on one of the side streets so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a lovely meal, fair prices and great service from all of the team. “We gave this takeaway a shot after our neighbours had recommended them in the past. Was not disappointed at all, we were all pleasantly surprised at how tasty and hot the food was when it arrived. We’re amazed at how the spice level is exactly the way we want, they’re very accommodative to such requests. It’s always nice when your curry is tasty as well as edible! I have to commend their service, our order is usually with us hot and within a reasonable time but on one occasion it took slightly longer so we called up the takeaway. The chap on the phone was polite and had let us know that it should be with us shortly and it was! Really fantastic service on collection and delivery always.”

“Beautiful park for the whole family. Contained play area with many different swings, slides etc for all ages. There is a big open lawn space for sports. About 800m unpaved loop around the edge (under trees for two thirds) great for doggos or runners. Skate park. Toilets, tennis courts (book online) and shaded picnic tables. Paddle pool is not due to be open in 2024 (have asked the council) but fingers crossed for next year”

“Can’t understand the negative reviews, little Japan is the best sushi in Surrey. It’s also very reasonably priced compared to others. The sushi is exquisite and we order every week, never had a problem aside from perhaps a slightly late order once.”

“Beautiful canal-side pub with a great atmosphere! The Pelican in Addlestone is an absolute gem. Set right by the canal, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. They regularly book some amazing live bands, which really add to the friendly, chilled but lively vibe of the place. I had the moussaka and the honey garlic chicken from the specials menu — both were absolutely divine! You can really tell the food is homemade, full of flavour and care. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great live music, proper food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“This is an amazing place. For £6 you get a choice of 2 mains plus pudding and a soft drink to wash it down. The food is lovely and all cooked that morning so absolutely fresh. The waiters are from a local SN group so they get great work experience. Best get down on a Thursday and help out the local community. I’ll be back next week!”
