“Amazing experience. Spent a night in this hotel with my partner and the room was perfect. A beautiful and homey little room with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The room was clean and the building was easy to get to with how close it is the the tube. I loved this room and the service was amazing. I accidentally left a Paddington Bear behind and contacted them immediately. They are holding him for us so we can pick him up. The staff here are responsive and so extremely kind. They are amazing people and this hotel is great! Thanks to the staff for providing this experience for myself and my fiance ❤”

I travel from the US and I probably would say this is the best service I’ve ever received and I eat out a lot. I recommend the biryani and their Peri Peri chicken is so good. You can form study groups that end up being a lot of fun. I explored and found an academic area that get me excite. I did it! I achieved it! It was one of my best time in my life! A really good college, which has helped me a lot in achiving and learning new skills. The teachers are very nice and always keen to help and they push you and guide you towards your dreams. “Just had lunch and wow — the food was so good! The mix grill was perfectly cooked, super juicy, and full of flavor. You could tell it was fresh off the grill with that perfect smoky taste. The Charsi Chicken Karahi was another standout — spicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the sauce was so delicious that we couldn’t resist dipping the naan into every last bit. The service was warm and welcoming. “1. Nice peaceful place to be if you want to spend quality time, but money was taken twice in my account trying to call to understand why never anyone answered no good service. I could have given 5 stars but they missed the chance 2. My second feedback I change my feed back from 3 to 5 stars as I mentioned above I liked the place, I went back again to find out why my money was taken twice. This nice and beautiful waitress came up to me saying I left behind my cards and driving licence, she run after me but not see me anywhere, the only way to attract my attention was to tap a £5 pounds bill. Long story short, they gave me my £5 back and my cards, we spend a very time talking with my family there and my little one loved the cake. Thank you Bruce for your kind gesture and service and apologise for misunderstanding you. As I said to your Boss change the contact number and make someone available to answer. The baby sessions from Peep, Tots n tunes, the baby sensory room, creche and the breastfeeding support group have made a positive impact for me as a first time mum. Even the little things, like having a charger available all help. Highly recommended!”
