“We came here for my friends 40th! We were placed in one of the cosy booths upstairs. Such a lovely quirky restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and served us straight away. Good was delicious especially the steak! Cooked to perfection! Prices really reasonable. We all had a great time and the live singer was a great touch too.”

With so many chain restaurants around these days this place is a really good independent alternative, highly recommend you try this place next time you fancy noodles or rice in Croydon!”

“Had a really lovely experience at Wagamama over the weekend. I was having a rare child-free day and was on FaceTime with my mother who lives abroad, and my server, Fatima, was just wonderful. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. Fatima is a real credit to the team, and her warmth made the whole visit feel extra special.”

“The atmosphere at FILTR was great, the coffee (my oat milk latte) was very smooth and tasty, it is great sustainably sourced coffee. I tried their coconut matcha latte on another occasion and I think they do coffee the best (I felt their was not enough matcha itself in the drink, but this may be personal preference). Seating available inside and outside, which is great to sip your coffee when the sun is out! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, great customer service!”

“Great experience wine tasting with my partner and some friends and family for our first wedding next year! Ryan and James were really friendly and there were options laid out for us ready to go when we arrived. Ryan led us through the tasting expertly and was able to answer all of our questions. We were able to purchase great red, rose, white and prosecco options for the big day. Would definitely recommend!”

“I’ve had sushi from Tashi sushi multiple times and it’s very cheap and decent quality . Altogether this came up to about £12.40 which I think is incredibly cheap for how much there is .”

“First time @Ayat and loved it. Good was great, flavour dishes prepared with care. Interior looks great has it's own unique flair although music was to loud. Service was a bit lacking. We where seated promptly and our food came out in timely manner but the waitress didn't check on us at all (she was on her phone all the time we where there as we could see from our spot). We need to get up and ask her for another round of drinks as she wasn't paying any attention to us at all.And then she got our simple order for drinks wrong, we where the only costumers there so no distractions and it was quite early an a lazy Sunday. Hope that the service does improve as the food was delicious. Will come back to give it another chance for sure.”

It is family run and operated and the pride that goes into the food and service is apparent. I would not hesitate to dine here again and to recommend this place to friends and family.”

“We went on a weekday, so I’m sure the vibe will be different at the weekend. We were the only ones there for a good 30-40 mins (7.15pm on a Thursday), but a few more people came in afterwards. Don’t let it deter you though - the food was phenomenal & the service was on point. The food is some of the best indo-chinese I’ve had!”

“We had the most fantastic afternoon celebrating my dads birthday at Renzo and Mauro. We were a big table to look after, but the service was outstanding and the food was absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough, we will definitely be back!”

“I have been passing this place for long time but never tried. Today I tried for the first time. The guy who was serving me was very lovely and asked me what I liked - I said pesto, chicken and mushroom and he made me very yummy pasta food. He even double check whether I liked garlic and I don't and forgot to say so his checking helped me not to have it in my meal. The food was really yummy. The only thing I would have asked next time is not to have pasta so soft but overall, I really enjoyed and the serving person was very nice and professional!”

“Have to say that I absolutely love it here!! I have ordered from here about 5 times on deliveroo and the other day I finally decided to pop in and eat inside the restaurant and I was not disappointed . Food has been absolutely fantastic every time I have ordered from here and was even better for dine in. For starters , I shared a chilli chicken and fish tikka and they were both incredibly delicious , definitely the best things we ordered ( despite everything else being great too). All the curries and sides were fantastic . Everything was very flavourful . Staff were also very attentive and friendly . Highly recommend if you’re in Croydon and want good food.”

“Allahummabarak food was TOPS! A*****! If I could give this a 6 stars rating I would. I collected the food and was piping hot, their biryani and dhaal especially never fails to surprise me, best dhaal I’ve ever had. I also ordered some butter chicken, korma, the jalalis special and one of their prawn dishes, everything was bursting of flavour, and you could taste the uniqueness in every dish, food was fresh and cooked in the time I desired, would definitely order again, thank you.”
