“Adrian Dilworth at 'The Putney Clinic', has treated me a number of times and I can not recommend him highly enough. His care, knowledge, expertise and attention to detail has always been second to none and always so helpful. My appointments with him have always been instrumental to healing, rectifying problems and pain, in my case neck, shoulder and back. He has a broad comprehensive knowledge and I have no hesitation in recommending him.”

    Studio K

    ★★★★★ 4.9

“I have wanted to do dance classes for all of my adult life and always chickened out due to stage fright/anxiety, fear of being judged and under qualified at even “casual” classes. At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). I only wish I had time to go more often! Thank you Studio K - especially Ginger and Sarah who I normally do classes with. Try out the taster sessions - you won’t regret it!”

Green Dog Walking & Countryside Daycare

    ★★★★★ 4.8
    Open

“THEY SAVED US! Moving from a spacious countryside home to a small London apartment was a huge adjustment—not just for me, but especially for my dog, Thor. I could tell he was feeling restless and unfulfilled and I don’t have the physical strength walk him anymore but thank Lord I found Green Dog Walking. From the very first walk, I noticed a difference. Thor came home not just physically tired but mentally stimulated and truly happy. The walkers don’t just take him around the block—they engage him in real nature, and even work on his recall and social skills with other dogs. It’s like he’s rediscovered his spark! They make pictures of him sometimes and send it to me, I love seeing him all dirty in the mud as he used to in Kent. After just a few weeks, Thor was more relaxed at home, his anxiety reduced, and his playful, confident nature returned. The team’s dedication and genuine love for dogs are unmatched. They treat him as if he were their own, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for more than just a walk—if you want your dog to be truly exercised, and cared for—this is the service to choose. It has been life-changing for both Thor and me!”

    Teddington Pool & Fitness Centre

    ★★★★☆ 4.2
    Closed

“Lovely pool, it is split into a main pool and learner pool so that’s nice for swimmers. Lane and general swim available. My daughter has swimming lessons here and the standard of teaching is high. The kids are pushed enough to be competitive but not so much that it’s negative competition. There are windows down two sides of the pool so when the sun is low you get beautiful dappled light in the water which feels lovely to swim in. One of the most unpretentious swimming pools around! Check it out next time you want a swim!”

“All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

    Pools on the Park

    ★★★☆☆ 3.5
    Closed

“Great local amenity with a 33.3 meter indoor pool (for those with confused fitness trackers) a smaller outdoor pool and teaching pool for kids, it is now kept clean and well maintained considering it is a public pool. The swimming changing facilities have been upgraded, and they offer great showers in a clean area. While the gym is a bit tired, there are plans for renovations and upgrades. The reception staff are friendly and have a great sense of humour, especially considering some of the flak they get from a handful of grumpy visitors. Parking is pricey, so public transport is the best way to go. Simple booking system, so book in advance or phone if you want to be sure to get a swim. Limited spaces which makes it much easier for lane swimming. 250 capacity for swim and stay sessions in outdoor pool, so check weather and book on sunny day.”

    Playball

    ★★★☆☆ 3.7
    Closed

“Our daughter has been enjoying Playball (Richmond) for the past two years now, and we intend to continue for as long as possible as she absolutely loves it! With Bonnie and Trevor's encouragement and expert tuition, we have watched our little girl grow in confidence and develop motor skills which support her physical development and ability, nurturing her interest and curiosity in sports and being generally more active. Something that particularly amazed me was when Trevor ran a special birthday playball session for about 15 toddlers for our daughters 3rd birthday (most of which had never participated in playball before), whereby, though his excitable and encouraging style, every child, without exception, remained engaged and participated the whole way through - other parents also commented at just how amazed they were to see their children enjoy it so much and to take part. Even those that had a tendency to be shy, or didnt know many of the other children, got stuck in! Thank you, Bonnie and Trevor, you guys have been simply amazing. Enjoy the summer and we look forward to returning to Playball again next term!”
