“I’ve been coming to Underground for about 10 years and have had 15 of my 19 piercings done with them and I’m impressed each and every time. I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!”

“Very friendly,local restaurant the atmosphere is very hospitable, they make you feel welcome like you are a guest in their house, tantuni (£4.50) is very nice if don't know what it is it's basically a Turkish street food wrap where traditionally it's made from lamb minced and spices cooked in a oversized circular pan, they also do chicken, it is on the small side so you may have to order more than one. I also ordered homemade Ayran, which was very nice lightly salted (£3.50) and also ordered a kunafa (£8) which was very nice lots of cheese pull something to keep in mind it is a bit on the small side what is enough for two. Cash only”

“Great place to shop fully loaded with quality fruit and veg there meat is fresh and a good selection of bread clean modern and just a great supermarket to shop there are many Turkish supermarkets around that area but this one is a bit more special then most.”

The zip line bit expensive 3 host for £12 if you have several kids but nevertheless kids had a wonderful time. Would love to see a more baby friendly area from the soft play with accessibility for people with disabilities. “Just ordered 2 margherita pizzas and tiramisu for 2, the pizza was very nice however they’ve put both tiramisu’s in 1 container on top of each other, the bottom one is so obvious that was ruined way before the trip its all mushy and you cant even see the shape of it, this isnt the level of service I would expect as these are not free and not cheap, would never buy online from here ever again. UPDATE:28.09.25- I was contacted by the manager from the enfield branch who was very apologetic and offered a £20 voucher to dine in any of the prezzo restaurants, thank you for contacting me and looking into this!”
