“Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

“Amazing people, great customer service ,prices are reasonable. Just some customers drinking too much ,and making trouble, maybe security could try to prevent it somehow. I had to run away twice as I felt in danger. Please try to see who can't behave and if they are not behaving properly while intoxitated ,get them out. Otherwise all great, good vibes. Love you all for hard work ,music and good prices. All the best guys ❤❤”

“We ordered a takeaway roast at the weekend and it was the best decision we've made! Lol. It was absolutely fabulous and one of the best roasts I've had in a long time. We were so grateful to be able to take it away and enjoy it whilst our toddler was napping. The member of staff we spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. We collected our roast with no problems and just about had a big enough plate to put it on as the portion size was fantastic. The whole roast was spot on - lovely turkey/beef, tasty veg and cauliflower cheese. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be ordering again and happy new year! It was so good I nearly cried hahaha.”

“A fantastic little pub in the idyllic village of Eynsford. A smallish outdoor area to the right as you approach and a large area to the rear. Inside the pub is split in two along the lines of what I would think would have been the bar and the lounge. The guvnor was wonderful but took his beers very seriously- kept constant eye contact when he asked what we thought of his beers and listened intently to our answers. The inside was lovely and not overdone like many country inns trying to capture the history of the land. The Guinness was absolutely spot on as was the Harvey's Sussex Best and the Landlord. I think I might go back”

“From start to finish, the staff at Côte Brasserie Bluewater were incredibly attentive, sincere, and committed to ensuring their customers had a wonderful experience. When I say everyone, I truly mean everyone! The food was full of flavor, and the chocolate chaud is an absolute must-try. We were also celebrating my son’s birthday, and the team kindly provided a complimentary cake, which made the occasion even more special. A special mention goes to Gheorge, who served us, and Konsta, who gave us such a warm welcome. Congratulations to the manager for keeping this Côte branch a standout among all the others.”

“We visited on a Sunday morning, it was quiet and fully stocked. The young lady who served us was friendly and very nice to us. We ordered a mixed box of sushi, plain cucumber and salmon. It was so tasty that we forgot to take photos of the food beforehand, so thats why there's only half of the sushi in the photos. We visit here quite regularly.”

“Great old pub from my youth, I used to live in Dartford and have been in there a few times, this was for a wake for a very close friend of ours. The staff are always pleasant, the wake was held in the back of the pub, so no regular customers were in there. The team looked after us very well, nothing more to say really, prices are reasonable for drinks, etc.”

“I came here on Saturday as part of a large group. The food came very quickly despite the pub being busy, and the views from the seating area was beautiful. We were made to feel very welcome and should I come that way again, I’ll definitely be back.”

“Truly the best service and food I've ever ordered for the whole family. Very helpful over phone and welcoming to lots of questions we had about some of the meals ordered. Delivered on time, and although had missing order, the item was delivered immediately as soon as I mentioned this. Would suggest: Beef in black bean sauce and Hofun noodle, crispy chilli beef, sesame prawn on toast, chicken curry, duck Chinese style and chowmien or Singapore noodle. Already looking forward to trying the left overs tomorrow!!!!”

“I took my two daughters and 5 grandchildren to eat here Saturday lunch time, Was greeted by a member of staff who straight away went off to find a suitable table for us all including a baby in a pushchair, manager came out helped us with pushchair up two steps, all members of staff were helpful, friendly and very professional and polite The food was amazing, hot and well presented. The customer service was of the highest standard I have witnessed in years. Well done pizza express at Bluewater. Cannot fault anything.”

The food was amazing (we had sharing antipasti, pizza, pasta & sea bass - all of which we were very happy with), even the little one loved her food. The service was great - Giuseppe and the rest of the team were helpful and very attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. Would highly recommend Carluccio’s Bluewater for a great dining experience :)”
