“Having read the reviews, I was really concerned about using this courier service for the collection and return of my husband’s passport to the US Embassy in London. But as their only courier service it was a decision taken out of my hands. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The passport arrived at the Embassy when stated it should be.
