“Sainsbury’s is one of the biggest retailers stores in UK . Specifically one in Chafford Hundreds servings the local community for ages. It has large car parking spaces with car wash facilities while you shop. It’s has a fuel station very convenient and price are good compared to other supermarket.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”

“Came on a Tuesday evening and it was a really nice atmosphere, not overly busy and very quick service. The staff were extremely quick to correct my order when I forgot to mentioned removing a sauce that I didn't like, they were very quick to bring out a new burger and made me feel like it wasn't a bother for them even though I felt so bad! We will definitely be back!”

“Popped in as we were in the area, hoping to get a microwave. Saw one online on offer. They run out of them ones but still had plenty more that didn't leave empty handed. Staff were lovely and all tills were being used, so no one was waiting a long time.”

“Chiktopia is a good place to sit in, fresh decor, bench style tables.I enjoyed the vanilla milkshake compared to other places. The skinny fries tasted full of flavour and not bland. The chicken burger was actually delicious as well! There are also self-service machines where you can order your food items for dine-in and or takeaway. Scan the table placard and put it on your table. Service was pretty quick, polite staff. Good job for your first opening at Lakeside!”

“We were here for my daughter’s pizza making birthday party. Although there were some issues with finalising the details prior to the party, on the day of the party itself, my daughter and her classmates all enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Each child received a starter, their own designed pizza and dessert. The party was mainly managed by Julianna who was a great host in making sure everything went through smoothly without it feeling rushed.”

“I recently visited German Doner Kebab Intu Lakeside and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming in special Milon was an amazing person and went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The restaurant itself was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a quick bite. I highly recommend German Doner Kebab to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience - you won't be disappointed”

I had my bridal shower here, a party of 10, and the staff were very catering to our needs, allowed my friends to set up early before I arrived and helped with the tidy up of our own stuff as we left. They allowed us to take our time and enjoy the party, even past closing hours for them. Decor is up to date and modern. Food was fantastic (we had the afternoon teas). Overall great experience and will defo be coming again to bring more family and friends in the future, definitely worth the trip!”

“Tried for the first time tonight and have to say both pizzas were excellent! I love trying various pizza outlets and it’s pretty much my favourite food. This is up there with some of the best! Base light and crispy, cooked to perfection and fresh toppings with not to much! Brilliant job lads! Best pizza place in grays”

“Headed here after visiting the waterpark on the lake at Lakeside. Beautiful looking restaurant & lovely, helpful staff. Nice food options!! I do not agree with the service charge however £11 for us! Although the staff were superb I think £11 is steep. I do however recommend the place. I do hope the staff actually get the £11 and not the fat cats at the top.”

“I visited Tesco Extra at Lakeside today and was genuinely impressed by the customer service team very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The store itself is huge, well-organized, and offers plenty of free parking, which makes shopping stress-free. Even though I’m not local, I always make it a point to stop by this Tesco Extra whenever I’m in Lakeside because it’s so convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. It really feels like a great asset to the local community. One thing I noticed this time was that the selection of children’s school uniforms was quite limited. I hope to see more variety and options in the future. Overall, a fantastic place to shop with peace of mind!”

“We had the best Nandos we’ve ever had here, we’re from up north and have traveled quite a lot so we’ve been to many Nando’s!. It was so hot I had to blow my food before eating! Really impressed and made our weekend. We did have to que to get in as there’s not a lot of space.”
