“Romaine carried out a whole range of different works to my property, first fix plumbing for kitchen refurb, boiler upgrades, new radiators and shower. He also dealt with an undiagnosed gas leak and disconnected an old gas fire. There was a lot to get though! He’s very focussed and organised and communicates clearly at every stage about what needs to be done and why. I thought he took a real pride in his work and was very professional and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a solid and reliable plumber, a rarity these days! He’s been a great find, and I wouldn’t think about using any other plumber in the future. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... Reviews fantastic and noted they even do restoration on vehicles. When I went in to reception wondering how to explain need repair done and deal with insurance company which were hard work to say the least. Was told not to worry we will deal with it. “Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“I took my children for breakfast with Santa today and I must say he was absolutely brilliant! He was so enthusiastic and the interaction was lovely even with the large amounts of children that come in he made time for everyone tivmake sure everyone had a great time, must be the best Santa we’ve seen so far my kids loved it! Also a shout out to his helper elf she was a lovely lady and took loads of pictures for us to capture the memory.. as always a lovely meal and servers were great especially with the rush!”

“I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area . “Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”
