My kids did the jumping and climbing experience and the instructor was super caring helpful and nice. Reception supervisor lady also very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place very clean also and well time managed - never over crowded and super spacious.”

“Possibly the best affordable themed pool in England, almost waterpark size minus the high price. The water temperature was perfectly warm, there were 2 hot tubs and plenty of rides, of which 3 were long. The decor was artistic, featuring model fishes and some rocky landscaping between things. Also there was a wave machine and enough space to swim laps in the 1.5 metres end.”

“So we made a mistake when booking (rather than the 21st to 23rd had booked 20th to 22nd!) and panicked when we arrived about the night that hadnt been booked. The manager put us in the room we had booked and was able to book us into a different room for the following night which we were able to transfer into early in the morning. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is incredible. Special shout out to the pool attendant who let me and my special needs child into the pool close to closing time. We weren't that thrilled with the areas of Guildford we explored, but would return purely for this hotel, fantastic”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“I have had Aimee-Lou tattoo me for hours! She is currently working on my sleeve & is one of my favourite tattooists around. She has beautifully designed every tattoo I have asked for to a higher standard & with more creative ideas then I could ever imagine. My favourite thing about Aimee Lou is... She designs everything for me & will never copy any other work. You can leave with the comfort of knowing that she will not give your designs to anyone else so you can stay unique! (This is from experience of someone requesting a tattoo of mine. She changed the design up & gave them something new & I get to keep my unique tattoo!) She is also a dream to be with & chat to whilst tattooing! She’s also got a very gentle touch & I don’t think I could have got through my elbow tattoo with anyone else! “Stupidly I didn’t take enough photos of the new showroom as my head was spinning at how good it looked and how good the decking looks like. What you realise when you see the decking set up that 4m per plank is a huge difference between these and the samples. This is the point I want to make, the samples are great but you do need to go to the showroom to see what it looks like at full size. We had decided at one colour from the samples, but seeing the full size we changed our minds. Highly recommend the showroom and hopefully soon will be able to recommend the decking when it’s in place at my garden.”

“Exceptional Hospitality and a Truly Comfortable Stay We visited the hotel for 3 nights for a company conference which was being held there. It was just over an hour from London centre on the train, or uber so we took the advantage of going into London centre while we were over there. All of the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the warm welcome we received at reception very late on, after a long and difficult journey, to the attentive and efficient food and beverage team, every interaction was a pleasure. We were honestly pleasantly surprised, this was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had at a in this country, and we’ve stayed in many hotels here. The level of service and genuine hospitality really stood out. The hotel has been recently been refurbished and although it hasn’t lost its traditional feel, it feels lovely, clean and modern. Our family room was very spacious! It was probably one of the hottest weekends of the year, so we were relieved to find a decent fan in the wardrobe which kept the room cool. The beds were really comfy and it was nice that the extra bed wasn’t a sofa bed, as our daughter is nearly 18. The room for our conference was lovely with a stunning balcony which elevated the room and the food was excellent! Highly recommended!”
