“Onceamonthcleaning clean my carpets twice a year, once at spring time and once in the autumn. We have a small baby who is just learning to walk and hygiene is very important to me because she is on the floor most of the time. Also cleaning my carpets extends their life! Onceamonthcleaning do a great job and use baby friendly products, which are great, my carpets are nice and clean and smell lovely and fresh once cleaned! They are friendly, prompt, with good customer service and most importantly with affordable prices for a smashing job they provide. I would recommend them to anyone!”

Everything was spotless and well designed so that several adults could comfortably stay for an extended period. The kitchen has high end user friendly appliances and every room is comfortably furnished. The flat is very close to public transportation and the dedicated parking spot is a rare find in London. “I stayed in 21-2 , Linden Gardens for a month in July- August 2023. The studio flat was well maintained and had a nice kitchenette and a couch which could be made into a comfortable bed. On the few occasions when I needed some help, the responses were immediate and very helpful and professional. The location was outstanding- few minutes walk to Notting Hill Tube station and Cafe's and Tesco but zero noise in the flat. The laundry in the building was very helpful since we did not have to worry about carrying our dirty laundry around to laundromats. Overall, as they say in UK, smashing!”

“We were in Penny and plenty of room. Double bed high so partner could access easily. Quiet corner on the farm. Access to bbq charcoal and logs. Loads of space and loads of information on local area activities pubs shops and food. Sat watching deer, fox, kestral and buzzards with loads of swallows and wildlife. Saw the woodpecker this morning which we had heard all weekend. Well signposted for walks bins and recycling. Big tub of games available to use.”

“Great location, amazing and super helpful staff. Always there in the morning and evenings for a friendly greeting. Whatever you needed they were on it. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and amazing shower. Kitchen was well laid out and had all you would need. Also had a small balcony which was nice for fresh air in the morning.”

“Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. The key and the details they keep sending me was crazy . It’s too much but yes ! They care for you. So I give 100% and Thank you so much.”

“Had a really great experience living here (2 years). The location is excellent with a short walk to the station and overlooking a beautiful canal. Close to grocery shops and the gym and lounge area were great too. The flat itself was very well designed and allowed a lot of light as well as storage space. The building management team - Jordan, Khaled and Nicole were always kind and attentive and helped to solve issues on time. Move in as well as move out was very smooth. A big plus was the multiple levels of security making me feel safe at all times especially when returning late. All of the security guards were amazing and did a great job. They always helped with any packages and it was always nice speaking with them. Martin and Godwin in particular were really great! Overall was a lovely place to live in!”
