Lee guided me through some inspections and he realised that one of the component was faulty and it could be easily replaced without sending the tool over to him. He then send me a link of the replacement so that I could order it and replace it myself. Their speediness was especially helpful on the day because I needed to get on the road ASAP to attend a funeral. The guy who served me (I didn't catch his name sadly) was really helpful even though he was on his own that day, and even gave me a complimentary bag for my locking wheel nut which was a nice touch.
