They honoured the quote they had given me beforehand even though it was over 2 weeks. When I had received the vehicle back, the professionalism in the work really showed. The car looks brand new now. “This is a great garage I can't recommend it enough, especially for woman, these guys won't speak to you like u don't have a clue about cars and they won't take you for a ride! I moved to the area and I noticed my car water tank was low, I took it over and they inspected it and showed me the problem. I took it in the next day and my car was sorted. (8months ago) They are very approachable, polite and friendly. Took my car for a service today and again I can't fault them, done a brilliant job, car is back running smoothly, very reasonably priced and you can tell they don't just do things to get more money out of you. I've had a repair done and a service before I wrote my review and when my car is due a MOT this is definitely where I will be taking it.”

“Amazing service. Karl was so helpful with my transaction. I have Lost bill of one of the items I purchased back in November 2020. The product has stopped working and it is in one year warranty. As I lost the bill and I didn’t have an account with tootlstation when I purchased the item, it was difficult to trace. Finally I could with my bank statement. Karl was so helpful to trace back and replaced with new item.”

“I requested ONE CUT (102 cm x 61 cm) from a tall / white melamine board. I took ONE CUT and the off-cut (paid for an entire board). Later, I found ONE CUT slightly too long, so I returned and requested its length "trimmed" slightly (about 0.5 cm) to 101.5 cm: staff wanted to proceed, but this "slight" trim was doubtful initially (cutting machine's thick blade). Staff went out of their way (varied machine settings / cutting attempts / measuring) -- until 101.5 cm length emerged. Perfect fit this time, and ONE CUT served its intended purpose superbly -- well done to all staff (Wimbledon) for providing me such outstanding customer service !!”

“Belton and Slade is a very well stocked store! The staff are very knowledgable and are worth consulting about DIY. They stock some 'one offs' such as bracketry to repair/fix Ikea and similar 'carcasses'. This has recently saved my a fortune. For a few pounds I repaired units which a 'specialist' would have charged 'like an angry bull'!! I took along some photos of the damage and Keith patiently explained what and how I could return to as good as new! They also are good at key cutting!”

“cheap Handyman in Kings Cross and high quality service.i was in need of a plumber and a handyman for an emergency job NextGen Handyman came to my rescue. I gave them a call and as soon as I said it was an emergency they said we will send someone out to you straight away , 30 minutes later they showed up and sorted out my Plumbing job as well as a bit of handyman job. NextGen Handyman's plumber was extremley polite and knowledgeable , he immediately sorted out the leak and advised on what to do should a leak appear anywhere else in the future. Im very pleased with their service , price as well as response time 5***** service would definitely recommend them.”

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”
