“The only place that was able to sort my air intake issues! After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car! So happy. Beyond words on how happy I am! I can feel the difference instantly. I had a few issues and they have resolved them all. My car, after months of going back and forth to other people is fixed in 3 days by these guys!! These mechanics are highly knowledgeable, they also had reasonable approach and didn't just start charging you to fix things without them actually being the fault. Took about 3 days including waiting for parts. Also huge thanks to the receptionist Bala, he's been really helpful, responsive and reassuring.”

“I have never experienced the care and kindness that I have received from Dr Ammar. Never has a dentist taken so much time and effort to explain the options available to me in such a kind, gentle and considerate way. The patience that he displayed was as though he was ‘talking to his own mother’ with such thoughtfulness respect for my feelings, and all the anxieties and worries that I had. He was not at all pushy given that it is his livelihood but left me with options and reassurance that he will be there when I decide what I want to do. Following two long appointments with detailed explanations, I also them received comprehensive emails detailing the possible options available. “I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far.
