“I called up for an appointment and even though the senior stylist had a crazy back to back day he was able to accommodate me so pleasantly. At first i went in for a consultation where he ran me through all the details, ive been apprehensive in the past because I have curly hair however senior stylist Bobby new exactly what he was doing he knew my hair and the texture very well and knew coloring as if it was the back of his hand. He did a Strand test and then rang me back to tell me how well my hair had coped and was able to book me in at his earliest convenience. I had to bring in my baby girl due to her being breastfed and Bobby was able to accommodate us, he was pleasant very attentive, talked me through the whole process extremely professional and also allowed me to feed my baby girl at an area at the back with no issues. He did a wonderful job in colouring my hair I didn't want anything too wild and he listened to what I had to say. He cut my hair the way I wanted it as well and did a fabulous job in being gentle with my hair as curly hair can be very difficult to work with. I had my aunt come with me and he was very accommodating to her as well. He is highly qualified and well respected in his field . When I first met him 20 years ago I needed sedation just to sit in the chair . In no time at all he had me off the sedation . He explains every action , gives reasons and choice . He has saved my teeth , given me a new confidence and a smile . The nurse , is highly competent , greets you warmly and knows her patients. “I’ve had top dentures for many years and my own dentist was never able to make them how I wanted so I lost all confidence in my smile as my teeth were so short that a normal grin looked like I had No top teeth! My own dentist tried twice to make new ones but they looked more like joke teeth from a fancy dress shop so I went to havering dental studio who I had previously used for repairs to broken plate, after explaining what I wanted to Laura she listened intensely until she fully understood what I wanted and set into motion the making of them for me, it took about 6 or 7 visits in all because after the first fitting ( which was already 100% better than my old set) I kept deciding on minute variations that I would like so I did worry that maybe I was becoming a bit of a nightmare customer but each time she listened, understood why and agreed they would give me the appearance of what I wanted, each time she was happy to make those adjustments for me and I have ended up with the smile I used to have years ago, my confidence in my smile is now fully restored and I am soo much happier, Laura is Artist! Fantastic at what she does and also a Very pleasant person , hopefully people will see my before and after grin with this post and understand why I am soo happy :-)”
