“Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. From trade to trade, I appreciate when someone does the proper job. Thank you, Oormila.”

“I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. They genuinely couldn’t have been any more helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to vacate the table at any point. All the staff (including Abbie & Rahmi) who looked after me were great, can’t thank them enough.”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.”

“Shine Food specialise in being a global grocery shop, selling foods from all around the world, although there is a strong Asian bias, or at least that was the sections I was drawn to. There is also an excellent American section. Located within the Orchards Shopping Centre, the unit is very well lit, bright and easy to navigate. There are no steps or issues with disabled access, but I would recommend those that need reading glasses to bring them, as prices are only on small price labels on the products and shelves. A recent change is that the product descriptions now carry a flag of the country of origin and an english translation of what the packaging says in case you cannot read it. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. With free samples of hot food being given away on their opening weekend. Most of the food sold here tends to be long life, but there are chiller cabinets and freezers too. If you fancy cooking something different for dinner or lunch, this is definately a great place to shop.”
