“Came in for headboard advice after the guy in Dreams next door was completely useless. The lady was an absolute star! I wish I knew her name (we came in on Monday around 1pm-ish). She listened to our problem, was patient with us because we were clueless about headboards and beds, she gave us so much information, explained how to put the headboard together, showed us practically with some beds on display, made sure we understood what to measure when we got back home... honestly, above and beyond customer service.
