I was sent video updates during the work and I was able to pick the car up in the afternoon. I only came across MCR via the reviews and I must say Matt's experience and knowledge was comforting in knowing my car was in good hands. The dreaded wet belt etc was changed in my MK3 Focus EcoBoost. The price was affordable in comparison to other 'specialist' in changing wet belts.”

Needed an integrated fridge freezer which I was told is in stock and was delivered and very professionally installed by his staff. Last week I had the same experience. Ordered a washing machine which amazingly Sachin came to delivery and install himself with a couple of men as his regular delivery men were unavailable. That’s true commitment which is rare today. Dr Simona Loghin was so amazing, she changed my silver fillings with composite ones and my teeth have never looked better, you can’t even tell, they look like natural teeth! “My daughter and I both had piercings done with Jakob. My daughter is 12 and was having 2nd piercings done in her ears, I was having a helix. Jacob was so lovely and down to earth, putting us both at ease and he explained the whole process to us. I was quite nervous (moreso than my daughter who didn't even flinch!) but Jakob was very confident and efficient, chatting to us throughout the process. All the equipment used was very clean and sterile and Jakob talked us through aftercare. Honestly, this is the second piercing I've had done in World of Tattoos and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Jakob.”
