“Words can't say how grateful I am to this establishment. Having just moved into a flat we desperately needed to get our washing machine up and running. However, we didn't have the right part to fit it and needed it urgently. I phoned through and the shop keeper waited for me to arrive and helped me find the right part and even said if it wasn't the right one I could return it. “The plastic handle on our dishwasher snapped and I was concerned that it couldn't be repaired. The owner of Addiscome DIY came to the rescue and suggested his "secret superglue", which fixed the problem completely. He also researched and provided a line for a discontinued Flymo stripper. I always find the owner polite, friendly and most helpful. His shop has everything! Stocktaking must be a nightmare...”
