It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. “The gentlest dental hygienist I've experienced! Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable while still polite and gentle. The atmosphere at the clinic was warm and welcoming. Sarah put us at easy from the start. Lara (the dental nurse) was very attentive and great at reducing any minor discomfort during treatment. I was initially concerned about taking my sensitive teen son to a new hygienist but Sarah handled him so well - talking him through what she'll do and checking with him frequently giving him a break if he needed it. He tolerated the treatment so well and his attitude to dental appointments has certainly improved for the better since this experience. He got plenty of helpful practical advice and a demo on how to keep his teeth clean and healthy in a language he could understand rather than being told off for not brushing enough which has been our previous experience at other clinics. We've just attended for his second appointment with Sarah a year after his first one and he had very little build up so it seems he has picked up the advice from the first time. This time I sat in the chair as well and must say this has been the gentlest, least uncomfortable while still just as efficient dental clean I've had. Love the perfectly smooth, glass like feeling of my teeth without gum irritation or any other soreness around my mouth. I would gladly recommend Sarah to anyone.”

“Brilliant service here. I got a haircut, beard, face mask and a massage with the massage chair. They even offered a free beverage. Really attentive service and they take care of you. They have a kids chair too! Perfectly located near the station. Brother Murad was very helpful and took care of me and others while there. Definitely recommend!”

“When I first joined with David, I was extremely nervous and self conscious as I had let my fitness levels drop so much and I had gained a lot of weight. The thought of stepping foot in a gym made me feel uneasy but from the very first session, David made me feel extremely comfortable and learned what my fitness goals were to create a personal plan to get me to them. As the sessions progressed, I found myself looking forward to going to my PT sessions. David is great, likeable and so easy to get on with. David has a private gym which is well equipped and well maintained, the gym itself is kept very clean and organised. The gym has free parking and great public transport links too.”

“I never review anything but had to after Imran fit me in for an urgent, same day, at home appointment within an hour of finding him online yesterday. I was experiencing serve sciatic pain and he came and got straight to work (Other people I called said I needed a consultation first) I went from a 11 out of 10 pain level to a 4 out of 10 by time he left. He sent some additional info via WhatsApp after the session and checked in on me again today (who even does that in this day and age?!) Today the pain has peaked at a 5 out of 10 which he said was to be expected because of the severity of my issue but its eases with the additional exercises he sent me to do after the session which is great as I want to avoid taking pain relief if I can help it. He said I shouldn’t need another session if I continue with the aftercare but he’ll be the first person I call if I do get that level of pain again.”
