“It is the second time I used the H&L service for repairing my air-conditioning unit in my car. From the day one when I was booking on line with their receptionist until I collected my car, I have been kept informed about the progress all the time. Claire, who I understand is the Service Manager, is so nice and professional. On the collecting day, I was phoned a couple of times about the parts delivery time and the collecting time in detail. Throughout the process he was very thorough and if he was unhappy with anything, for instance when he felt that the prepared crowns weren't quite right for my mouth, he would rearrange the appointment so he could get the issue fixed. “UPDATE: My package arrived at their address, and they uploaded it to my suite 5 days later. On the same day, I paid to dispatch it. I just received my package today. Thanks My package was delivered to Skypax on Saturday (I have pictures of it), and I still have no updates on my suite profile online. I tried to call them many times with no success in talking with someone from customer service, only automated messages. I emailed them too, but I haven't received any response about my package. I'm waiting for an update on my case to tell you here on Google about my final experience with this service. If everything works well, I would change this score.”
