“I had a great haircut from Mitzi. She was so kind and attentive. I was a little nervous from previous hairdresser anxiety but she was so attentive and put me at ease. She worked with precision and it paid off. Nothing was too much to ask for. She made every effort to make me comfortable and put me at ease. I felt bad because there were a couple of knots and she was kind about it and sorted it gently. Even when I could feel the scissors and comb and water spray on my neck, she put a towel round my neck and shoulders so I wouldn't get wet and made sure I was comfortable before carrying on and I really appreciate it. I hope to be back. Exceptional value for money too.”

“I couldn’t be happier with Monkey Puzzle Catford! My son has enjoyed every day there since he started at the nursery about 8 months ago. His smiles at drop off and pick up say it all. The staff are so lovely and I feel confident that he is well looked after every single day. Also, the variety of activities that the staff plan for the kids never stops to amaze me. “Finding clubs at the weekend can be difficult as we are such a busy family so having after school Ccubs is so important to us! I have two of my children join in with the Centre Stage after school club and they both really enjoy it! It was lovely to watch them both (and all the other children) at the end of year show and as parents we felt so proud and they felt proud of themselves too! They will be continuing with the club and I’m hoping to sign up my youngest when she is able to join as watching her older siblings has her wanting to do it too! My child struggled to settle in a previous nursery, but here he quickly felt comfortable and was happily staying for 5 hours. “I have lived in the local area for a number of years and have seen this fish and chips shop operate under different management a few times. I popped in yesterday for fish and chips and sausages and was completely taken by surprise, the shop looks amazing, really really amazing. The family who run the business (Dad and three sons) were all working and were very welcoming. The menu has everything you would expect, and they still serve fried chicken (yum). The prices are as you would expect, no meal deals as yet - but they have only recently opened so maybe something for the future. The chips are delicious... really moreish. I heard once that you can judge a fish and chips restaurant by the chips and they were an accurate indication of the quality of the food. Fish portion was perfectly cooked and larger then expected, batter was light and fluffy, as with the battered sussage. Savaloy had the desired initial crunch while not being dry. I wish I had taken a photo of the place to go with the review. If you live locally have a walk past - looks amazing.”

“My children have been students in the theatre school at D&B Academy of Performing Arts for 5 years now and they absolutely love it. They have grown in confidence and ability over the years and what first started of as a hobby has led to some Incredible opportunities for them both with the prospect of an exciting career ahead of them in the performing arts industry. D&B is not just a performing arts school, it’s a family and you feel that as soon as you walk through the doors. Donna & Bonnie closely monitor every students progress and really take the time to get to know every single child. The teachers are all renowned in the industry and have an abundance of talent and experience, it’s reassuring as a parent to know that my girls really are learning from some of the best. The girls have made ample amounts of friends at D&B and it’s so lovely being part of a community where everyone supports one another and encourages each other. Training at D&B has been vital to my girls success and the support from teachers and students alike has aided their progression. I would not hesitate in recommending D&B to anyone who has a passion for performing arts. We travel a long way to attend D&B but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). The food was delicious and the portions big. All in all, great value - we had 3x mains, 2x sides and 3 drinks for £48. Also, it was really clean and well kept. Strongly recommend this place - we will come back!”

There were so many wonderful arts and crafts for the children to do, as well as a visit from Santa. “All four of my children have attended Rangefield. Three of them still do. The school has improved significantly since Mr Ball took over as Head Teacher. The work that all the staff have put in place throughout the Pandemic has been amazing. Extremely supportive, the teachers are available all day via Teams to talk to the children. The younger children are also given some social time every day to talk to their friends who they are all missing. Big thank you to everyone for all the hard work especially staff in 2ZS, 4CR and 6DT.”
