After spending a long time on the phone with Domestic & General, they were unable to locate my care plan and were, frustratingly, not very helpful. I then visited Newbury Park Argos, where Nazia was extremely helpful. She contacted Domestic & General on my behalf and successfully obtained the details of the extended warranty plan. She saved me a great deal of stress, as Domestic & General were initially in denial that my appliance was covered. Thanks again, Nazia!”

It is a shame.. some people are ganging up on them collectively with family & friends- that may have NEVER visited the store from the beginning. Just so they can give the shop bad reviews & a bad name, by supporting each other & NOT giving valid reasons OR by repeating the same reason to give bad reviews just to lower their ratings. It is really wrong and un ethical thing to do.”

“I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!”
