“I would highly recommend Lucy! I first saw her at a 4th birthday party as a unicorn (my daughter LOVED it) so I quickly got her number and asked her to entertain 25 kids aged 3-4 for my daughters 4th superhero birthday party. From her spider girl costume, to the balloon modelling, brilliant games, glitter tattoos and dancing, Lucy was a huge hit with all the kids (and parent alike).”
“A hidden gem of beautiful country side where wildlife can find a little haven and humans can admire Mother Nature in a busy city. The meadowlands are full of buttercups and dog roses and sift long grass. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon for my son’s birthday picnic. There’s no rubbish and the park is very peaceful.”
“This park is good for playing and for walking dogs but there are not as many ducks as in the other park down the road with the big pond. There are swings here though.”
“Great place in Hackney, was here for the first time. changing room inside and outside, (need 1 pound), the water is great as well as the depth! also the staff is wonderful, if something is wrong they explain everything clearly! I will definitely visit this pool again, and recommend it to friends!!!”
“What a lovely park. We visited twice so far in got weather and the children had lots of fun playing in the splash park. Excellent facility for kids. Families spend hours here and we stayed 1.5 hours. There's another playground next to it with swings and slides which we visited right after. Ample parking made this accessible. There's a toilet but we didn't use it so I don't know how good/clean it is.”
“Made for having Fun....useful in summer”
“Nice space to play and workout. Use the workout area and it’s usually pretty quiet when I go there. The zip line in the play area is fun and my daughters enjoyed coming here when they were younger. The path going through is nice and it’s a great spot for a picnic too. Nice amount of wildlife and blackberries bushes are currently in flower. Pretty!”
“Beautiful park for the whole family. Contained play area with many different swings, slides etc for all ages. There is a big open lawn space for sports. About 800m unpaved loop around the edge (under trees for two thirds) great for doggos or runners. Skate park. Toilets, tennis courts (book online) and shaded picnic tables. Paddle pool is not due to be open in 2024 (have asked the council) but fingers crossed for next year”
“I recently joined the gym at Wandle Recreation Centre and have been thoroughly impressed! The gym has a fantastic junior session that encourages kids to get active in a supportive environment. The staff here are incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special shout-out to Kim, who went above and beyond to assist us during the sign-up process. Her patience and knowledge made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym as a wonderful space for families looking to get fit together!”
“Nice and quiet, no kids lovely. Took my grandson and as only 11 months he had fun”
“Really nice park. One side has swings and stuff and the other side has a splash pad (which is finally open) and there are tennis courts too. Very happy kids. The only thing missing is a cafe but overall it’s great!”
“I can’t believe Veera has graduated from Kids Inc Day Nursery Clarence Avenue! Watching her grow into the confident, independent girl she is today has been an incredible journey, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team at Clarence Avenue. From learning how to plant and harvest, to cookery classes, making friends, and building her communication skills—the experiences have been endless, and each one has made a huge impact on her. Your dedication, kindness, and support have been invaluable, and we are forever grateful for the role you’ve played in Veera’s development. We’re truly going to miss you all, especially the wonderful events that have become highlights for us! Thank you, Clarence Avenue team.”
“The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.”

“We had an amazing party in Esher for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. Special thank you to Kiy, Beau and Aimee for all your help and assistance. Have recommended you to friends.”
“My 6 year old daughter looks forward to her sessions. She has learnt new skills, built confidence which is great for her self esteem. Her sensei is skilled, has patience, friendly but yet professional.”
“We absolutely love the Little Gym in Wandsworth! The instructors are amazing—not only do they focus on teaching movement skills, but they also give individual care and attention to both my 2-year-old and 5-year-old boys. It’s such a joy to see how much they enjoy practicing and gaining self-confidence here, and they look forward to coming every weekend! The teachers and staff are all so friendly, professional, and welcoming. It’s a fantastic environment for kids to have fun.”
“Quiet, not busy but lovely park with a lovely play area for young kids. 2 slides, swings, climbing frames, etc. Nicely laid out.”
“huge park with loads of little areas to visit, get a bike if u can. palace was a bit of a bummer cause the whole facade was under renovation, saw Queen Victoria’s statue, proceeded to miss Diana’s then ran around the pond to visit her memorial (which is small!) it’s just a really great place to wind down after traipsing around the city like mad rats the whole day. loads of birds here, including ducks, swans and geese for the occasional bird watcher.”
“Took the caravans back again, location is perfect, no need for an alarm as the parakeets will wake you up in a happy way. The staff are all awesome and friendly. London so near with the Elizabeth line.”
“Fun playground with a range of play equipment for toddlers to pre-teens. Shaded by big trees, this is a great spot for sunny days.”
“Very picturesque park and well maintained. The water play looks really nice. There are a few things for little children but most things are for juniors. I really like the wild flowers next to the pavement.”
“Amazing place to run as well as a good place to take the fog for a walk. Lots of other friendly dogs and dog owners for the dog to socialise with. Only issue I had recently was on two occasions while I was running around the park, someone walking towards me looked up and purposely walked into my direct path. Unsure why this happened or what is wrong with people.”
“We came in for the breastfeeding support and experienced very professional staff and the best support we could wish for. If you are struggling with breastfeeding, definitely seek the professionals help at sebright.”
“This is a very pleasant park although some people use it as a dumping ground and do not take their rubbish home with them and that ruins it for other people, but on the whole a lovely place to go for a walk.”
“I’ve been coming to giggles for 5 years now since my oldest started crawling. I’m there once a week with my younger two and it’s just amazing. Great space, safe with great food. The ladies are super friendly and helpful and it’s just a pleasure to be there :)”
“Lovely area for a lovely walk. Just behind is the lovely stadium of Oxhey Jets”
“Fantastic place for taking your toddler to. The place is not very big but it is very lively, fun and free . We got there before 10 and because there was no ticket guy at the car park yet we parked for free , so get there early to avoid paying parking as there is no parking machine, just a guy selling tickets. Make sure you get a towel and some spare clothes for your toddler as they will play in the splash area and get wet. Our 2,5 year old absolutely loved it and we struggled to drag him away from the splash area. The other play areas are nice too and not very expensive. Park is huge and not much to see but it's a nice breath of fresh air. I saw some people fishing as well so that might be a good idea for the future. Overall , very lovely Sunday out with our lovely boy”
“Great park for toddlers, close to Wimbledon Park tube station, with a fantastic climbing frame and bus that'll keep them entertained for a lot longer than you'll want to hang around for.”
