“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “such a nice little café and a great addition to the village! went for brunch with a couple of friends and everything was very reasonably priced and tasty - particularly the pancakes (although perhaps provide the syrup in a separate container so people can choose how much they want!). not too busy when we went - midday on a Sunday - so plenty of seating space indoors.”
