“I e-mailed michael about a piece of jewellery in his shop. Said I was comming to london for the day and would like to view the piece. It was in the sale but the sale had ended that day but if i liked it he would Honour the sale price. I didn't get to meet him as he was out that day but i tried the jewellery piece on and didnt take it off again as it was perfect for me. I bought it and was so elated for the rest of the Day. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. I will return again when looking for another piece of jewellery. Hard to find such honourable people like michael in this day and age Gale”

“I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. Really impressed with the level of service, especially so close to closing time. Thank you to John and the team for going above and beyond!”

“Delighted with the service from Rob at Kwik -Fit Sutton when I left my car to have a tyre replaced. I forgot to give him the code to switch off the air suspension when I left the car so he couldn't put it on the ramp but he didn't complain when I returned and completed the tyre change quickly, put everything away tidily and even checked all the tyre pressures. “Nice place to read, study or just relax listening some music. Nice, helpful staff. Clean and quiet at the time I was, evening 5-7pm. During the day you can enjoy a coffee or some hot food from the cafeteria (I didn’t use it). Parking on the side of the building.”

“A really nice place for authentic tasty Indian food. We had a gala time. The food was delicious. The manager very friendly and service professional. We had a three course meal with various starters, biryani and goan prawn curry for mains and pudding and kulfi for deserts with masala tea and coffee. All the dishes were made to taste, generous portions and with personal care. We also had few delicious cocktails while waiting for starters. I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a nice clean place for family dine out with friendly professional service.”
