“This is an excellent garage. My son in law had an issue with his car after driving down from Bedford. Didn’t know exactly what it was as there were no warning lights but he couldn’t get over about 30mph. They worked really hard figuring out the problem but eventually solved it, replaced the necessary parts and test drove it. All at a very reasonable price and taking time to explain and show to my son in law what they had needed to do. Good, old fashioned service.”

“Motorcare came to our rescue after the previous garage left my car in a dangerous, unroadworthy state. The problems were explained to us in a very clear, understandable way, showing us the specific parts that were damaged and walking us through the repairs. It’s so nice to finally be able to have complete trust in a garage, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have earned two very loyal customers. My car is going in for its annual service tomorrow, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t have a pit of dread in my stomach—I know that any issues raised will be genuine, not made-up or exaggerated like I’ve had from garages in the past. And although in this day and age this shouldn’t have to be noteworthy, but as a woman, I really appreciate the way that none of the staff have given me that “you couldn’t possibly understand anything about cars—you’re a woman” vibe that I’ve gotten from so, so, so many other garages.”
