As a 19-year-old student, finding a place has been incredibly difficult, especially having to come face-to-face with so many things I’ve never had to deal with before. From the very start, Jasmine understood this and was nothing but comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She has such a warm and positive attitude, and you can immediately tell that she truly loves and cares about her job. Her support made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and without her encouragement and reassurance, I honestly don’t know how far I would have gotten. “Rodie (or Rody) and the young man at the till (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond. I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.”

“What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! “I looked online for a country style kitchen and fell in love with the Homebase cream Country Shaker kitchen. I decided to pop into the Staines Homebase to take a look at it in person and was greeted by kitchen designer, Aneisha Muhammad. I explained the look I was after and she immediately sat down at her computer and designed my new kitchen. Aneisha is a very experienced designer and was able to made use of every inch of space and while my focus was purely on the look of the kitchen, she made sure it was practical for every day use. As well as the design, Aneisha did everything possible to make sure I did not miss out on special offers and deals. I was delighted with the design plan and ordered the kitchen. Homebase gave me details of a builder who had glowing reviews and the kitchen installation was very quickly booked in. During the installation, Aneisha continued to work closely with the builders to ensure a smooth installation. Hearing from others, having a new kitchen is a very stressful experience, but for me it was the complete opposite. Working with Aneisha was a wonderful experience. She is such a lovely, friendly person who took care of everything without any fuss. I received a very personal service and a genuine interest in my new kitchen. The end results speak for themselves and I have had so many “WOWS” from friends and family who have seen the new kitchen. Thank you Aneisha and Homebase for delivering my dream kitchen.”
