I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.”

“What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! “The ambiance is amazing cozy as I was told by my lecturer, I had a assignment on TGI Fridays so googled where to find one and the nearest one was in stains very spacious and very nice place to hangout, I cheered myself with my all time favourite Guinness and a huge burger since I don’t eat much and came alone couldn’t try much but am definitely coming back with my friends to hangout , the customer service was amazing, staff very friendly thank you”

“I looked online for a country style kitchen and fell in love with the Homebase cream Country Shaker kitchen. I decided to pop into the Staines Homebase to take a look at it in person and was greeted by kitchen designer, Aneisha Muhammad. I explained the look I was after and she immediately sat down at her computer and designed my new kitchen. Aneisha is a very experienced designer and was able to made use of every inch of space and while my focus was purely on the look of the kitchen, she made sure it was practical for every day use. As well as the design, Aneisha did everything possible to make sure I did not miss out on special offers and deals. I was delighted with the design plan and ordered the kitchen. Homebase gave me details of a builder who had glowing reviews and the kitchen installation was very quickly booked in. During the installation, Aneisha continued to work closely with the builders to ensure a smooth installation. Hearing from others, having a new kitchen is a very stressful experience, but for me it was the complete opposite. Working with Aneisha was a wonderful experience. She is such a lovely, friendly person who took care of everything without any fuss. I received a very personal service and a genuine interest in my new kitchen. The end results speak for themselves and I have had so many “WOWS” from friends and family who have seen the new kitchen. Thank you Aneisha and Homebase for delivering my dream kitchen.”

“Lovely community space. I have a local book club and they allowed us to do our meet-up there. The staff is lovely and very welcoming as well. All our members loved the place and will repeat. They had an option of vegan and gluten-free cake and dairy free milk which was a bonus. Haven’t tried the food but may do soon.”
