“Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. There were also some pretty bad marks on the stairs were one of the contractors had dropped liquid fibreglass from sealing the roof terrace. I was able to get a slot in less than a week. The team was on time, professional and completed the job in less time than quoted. I was very happy with the standard of the clean and very pleasantly surprised that they got the liquid fibreglass stains out completely. Carpets look as good as new! Would book again!”
