Super company. Booking process was super efficient, prices were clear and fair. The gentleman who did the job today (Varban) did a really fantastic job - the carpets & couch look brand new again. He was also so considerate of the fact I had babies in the home at the time of the clean, making sure to keep noise down so they could nap. Will definitely use this company again for future cleans. “Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!”

“A hidden gem in a great location. I couldn’t have asked for more while up in London working. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and peaceful and the owners were on hand if needed but otherwise left you to it. They were very helpful when the internet went down (not their fault! There were works being done in the area) and even removed a rather large spider! Fresh pain au chocolat every day and Nespress coffee machine too. A really brilliant find and I’ll come again as well as recommend to my friends.”

“I had a very comfortable and most pleasant stay at Kew Rooms for 4 night in May 2018. My room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were very clean. The host Geoff and his wife were very helpful and made me very welcomed. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Chance to meet people from other countries who were staying there. Location is fantastic - 7 minute walk to Kew Gardens tube and 10 minutes to Kew Gardens Park. Fully recommend Kew Rooms if you happen to be in that part of London. My rating: 4.5*/5* or 9/10”

“Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. Absolutely delighted with the service — highly recommend Service Master Kingston!”
