“I think this is the best GP practice around, the reception staff are always so helpful and supportive. You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”

She really helped me change the way I look at certain situations that I feared so terribly, and gave me some useful techniques. I’ve been using these for a few months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my behaviours and how I handle situations related to my phobia. We also worked on some things I had buried deep down. Things I didn’t realise were affecting me & how I live my life. My thoughts were challenged which helped me see things more positively. I now feel more empowered, more confident and in control. Paige was so helpful with this, she kept us in a private area at the side, taking care no males were around. Always had issue with cuts, she was brilliantly talented.
