“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”

“My Daughter absolutely loves coming to Dawson’s! All of the teachers are so lovely, especially Miss Elin who is approachable & has genuine care & pride for her students. We are now part of the Baby Team & cannot wait to represent the school in competitions! Would highly recommend DSPA!”

“I heard about the chorba at this place from an elderly gentleman - so I made it my mission to go. The chicken soup was piping hot and tasty ( home style ). Well priced - super clean and no frills - clean display cabinet - nice music and clean toilet. I loved it so much I stayed to read my book and have another beverage. “I had a really nice stay, booked myself a private room number 7 with bathroom. It had a big window that opens fully into the inner yard, was lovely. Breakfast is super, English breakfast served by very nice ladies. The place is greatly located next to Hyde Park and metro lines.”

“I joined the Salsa teaching training on 2 with Maria and it's been fantastic. we have reviewed the Salsa theory, psychological concepts and then we started the actual practice. During the theory session, Maria provided me the right material (songs with different timing, the explanation for Salsa on 2) and afterward, we have reviewed all the footwork for leading and following. She dedicates all the attention even for the minimum detail. I felt so lucky when I started with her my teaching training and I have to say that She is one of the rare dance teachers that She invests in you. If you would like to start the Salsa teaching training is the best teacher that you could work with because She has a very high knowledge of different Salsa styles and especially is competent and organized. The stars for this feedback are not enough. 5 stars luxury Salsa teaching training :-)”

Lovely to see boys and girls of different ages working collaboratively - not only developing skills in music, drama and dance, the sessions also help the children improve their creative thinking, concentration and confidence to express themselves and perform.”

“What an iconic place that kept you engaged and SAFE the entire night. There are so many levels to explore, multiple rooms if you wanna change your dance mood, and the staff really encourages a safe and secure atmosphere where you felt you were free to just enjoy yourself. Only criticism is that is really hard to see the DJ in room 1.”
