“We used Branching out for funeral flowers. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had some unusual ideas and they listened and gave advice and the drinks while we deliberated were very welcome! On they day of the funeral were were absolutely delighted with the flowers. They were beautifully arranged, vibrant and just what we imagined. They really brightened a very sad day for us. “Great experience wine tasting with my partner and some friends and family for our first wedding next year! Ryan and James were really friendly and there were options laid out for us ready to go when we arrived. Ryan led us through the tasting expertly and was able to answer all of our questions. We were able to purchase great red, rose, white and prosecco options for the big day. Would definitely recommend!”

“Having used Boydens before, I knew we would be well looked after, but today both Ellie and Rosie went above and beyond. Their customer service was excellent and having spent a couple of hours going through all of our options (in order to fully replace an existing bathroom) their help and guidance was fantastic. “Ponte Nuovo has got to be the best Italian in Croydon. A great selection of starters, the bread and oil is so simple yet incredibly moreish, and the main courses are full of flavour and depth. Big big portions. Save space for the deserts, the gigantic profiteroles in a sea of chocolate sauce, the insanely rich tiramisu. Staff are very friendly and speak highly of the italian chef and kitchen staff; a sure sign of a good front of house/back of house team relationship. Service was perfect, meals bought out together and well presented. This is somewhere you bring family for a great dinner. At this time of year it had a good but not overpowering christmas decorative theme. We're going back soon.”

“Best takeaway in Croydon, bar none. I've been a regular customer since the mid 1990s. The wife and I love the combination of special fried rice, sweet and sour pork balls, king prawn curry, fried shredded beef with carrots and prawn crackers. The best set dinner for two is option A.”

“Aska and Ayaan are absolutely perfect to help transform your tired garden back to life. I found them via Facebook and they have been twice now to my home and spent hours clearing weeds, cutting back my bushes and even bringing their own plants (at a small extra cost) to plant to bring more colour back in my garden. They are very affordable for what they do and take every effort and care like it was their own garden. I will be booking them regularly to look after my garden and I would suggest you look no further and contact them for any of your gardening needs.”

“I placed an ad almost 2 years ago for a florist for my daughter's wedding on bride book. Natalie contacted me that day and we spoke on the phone . We had several deaths in the family leading up to the wedding that Natalie very kindly made us the most beautiful floral tributes. By the time the wedding came in aug 2025 I felt like I found a friend . Natalie got my daughters vision and went above and beyond. It was more than we could have dreamed of , a plus Natalie is the loveliest person u could wish for . Also Natalie's prices was very reasonable compared to other people . “Great pizza at a great price. I love pizza and normally make my own, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a delivery pizza. I used to just get it from the chains, but wanted to try a local place so ordered their double pepperoni. Price was much better than ordering from a chain, the delivery driver was very friendly, and the pizza had plenty of cheese and toppings. Meat, cheese, and sauce were all very good, but the base/crust was one of the best I've had. They have a really flavourful dough and it was cooked perfectly, giving it a nice texture and slight taste of char from the pizza oven. Definitely will order again from here rather than other places!”

“A big Lidl. The point of interest: the tree outside the entrance is taken over by green parakeets! The most unusual experience when they come every evening to sleep there! The shrill of hundreds parakeets is something else, for sure!”
