However my son really wanted him to cut his hair so Timmy stopped ever so often to see whether I was satisfied and we were! Great customer service. Highly recommend”

“Me and my family, a group of 11 people attended O Calhau yesterday for Fado night. It was amazing, my partner lives close by and it was always somewhere we wanted to visit. Food was amazing, the chef was amazing too, she was so welcoming. Being from Madeira ourselves, it felt like being home again. My family travelled far and really enjoyed it too! “We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

Stacey, who I believe is the manager, was excellent at explaining the procedure and how they would fix my car, what was required and the time frame, it would take. She kept me updated throughout the entire process with messages and photographs, which I thought was very reassuring. True to her word, the car was finished bang on time, and to an extremely high standard of workmanship.
